When we first checkend in they gave us a terrible room full of humidity. So we went back to the reception and asked to change it.. they accepted and gave us a bigger room. The hotel is super old but overall not bad for its price. In front of a huge shopping mall and nearby dubai airport

It is conveniently situated across a major shopping center, accessible by an overhead pedestrian bridge. Also close to local shops and food outlets. The hotel is situated by a bus main road. Traffic noise throughout the day, especially blaring of car horns reduces quality of sleep.

We were planning to have our vacation at Dubai but unfortunately the airline doesn’t allow us to board our plane because the passport of our kids expire within 6 months after the arrival date. We try to cancel and asked for a refund and was declined and didn’t give any options in how to fix the issue. This is very disappointing.

Requested early check as flight arrival time is 0230. Denied when arrived at the hotel. No choice but to stay in 1 bedroom till check in time 2:00pm. The price of room was way higher than the 2 bedroom apartment which was originally booked! Washer was out of order! Called reception to report, technician came after calling twice but unable to repair! Cleaning staff were good.

Horrible experience! My husband and I choose to spend Christmas at this hotel and it was the worst choice we made in Dubai. Our room had huge spider webs and had mold and really smelled, the rugs were dirty, when we complained they did send a crew to clean immediately but we stayed out all day to avoid being in the room. When we checked in the room was not ready and staff suggested we take a double bed and put them together to make a king (which is what we booked) and we said we’d just like to wait for our room to be ready after a few minutes he said never mind your room is ready…. It was not until we went to bed that night that we slept so uncomfortably when the beds came apart because they in fact put 4 mattresses on the floor to make it look like a king size bed…. (Not cool at all) … Christmas Eve day at check in they told us breakfast was included and we ate no problems and on Christmas morning we got up to go eat and we’re told only one of us could eat… They are all over the place and confused…. Last but not least the parking lot is not the easiest to find, they were having electricity problems and we couldn’t get into the garage easily Christmas night… the spaces are so tight… the gyms are separate so don’t think you can work out as a couple…the pool has some separate swimming rules as well…

Good value for money, daily cleaning, very pleasant and helpful staff. Accommodation is slightly outdated but it was not a problem, it is really worth for price. Good location in terms of nearby food possibilities and shopping center. If you want to go to Dubai side trip with taxi or public transport, we recommend you to first walk through Sahara center, which has entrance from Sharjah as well as from Dubai side (when open, use shops level, when closed, use garage). Then pass through official gates in fence which is the state border. You will save lot of money and time taking taxi from there.
