Overall nice hotel

Stayed there for one night, Lagoon view is amazing, large pool, good breakfast,staff friendly,20 mins ride from airport.

No teeth brush,no robes, the bed linen appeared worn and slightly torn, and it did not feel as fresh as expected.

Good hotel, beautiful view

Good hotel with amazing views from balcony facing corniche side. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and access to ping pong and padel. Walk along corniche was lovely. Buffet had lots of option.

Double bed was small for two adults. Rooms needed two queens or at least one queen/king for adults and then second bed could be a double for kids. Wish there was easy access to walk to the corniche instead of going around front of the building and down the street.

Great location, place just needs some adjustments.

Location was great. We went for a walk along the corniche each night.

The staff was doing Mainteance at 10 pm in the room right beside us. An apology or notification would have counted towards how we felt about the noise. We debated changing hotels the first night. This also comes after a fire alarm is set off in the room next to us. While I can’t blame the staff for someone trying to smoke in their room… again an email or some form of communication… The room layout also needs a touch up- Bathroom mirrors have lights- which is great. Except they only work if the bathroom light is on… what’s the point? TVs in the room looked like they might support casting or Netflix sign on- but the controller locks this feature…

I didn't like the breakfasts; the dishes were spicy, but you won't go hungry. I really didn't like that the guests were mostly Russian. They spoke loudly, behaved impolitely, and created lines for the sauna, breakfast, and the bus.

Excellent 2 night stay breakfast included at Hotel Holiday International

The Hotel really lives up to its name! The swimming pool was excellent! Breakfast was very good. The view from the spacious room balcony facing the lagoon and swimming pool was awesome & beautiful indeed! My wife and 10 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Hotel Holiday International.

I had a comfy stay here, and the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the lady who ran the coffee shop (sorry, I don't know her name) and the housekeeping guy (Ramanane) who often cleaned my room.

The lifts were noisy and could be heard in corridors and rooms.

tennis courts are available only from 7 am till 5pm, so it doesn't make any sense to play in +35 c, after 5 pm it's fully booked by the tennis school

Superb Family stay with children - Excellent Value and Stay!

Great reception, Great breakfast, superb view of lagoon, sunset was absolutely fantastic from room and from outside… absolutely stunning… ( depends on your room view too…but can see from outside too) . Swimming facilities, children’s play area .. all excellent at a hotel stay . Staff were helpful, kind, knowledgeable… Wagedy was helpful in all ways he could assist in our stay , so too was Mohammed, Liza and all the support staff, kitchen staff- Mr Zeeshan made the best food where people queue up for his cooking every morning - for hot & fresh cooking!!!

We were a married couple from the UK. We arrived with a 10 month old and a 5 year old children. Everything was well catered for. Made easy for us … there was nothing we did not like. Everything was super. We would stay again.

Cool place for a family to hang out.

The hotel location was excellent. The view from our room was excellent. We were given suite room which was very spacious and clean. Two washrooms were available in our room; plus living room and pantry kitchen. Car parking was available in front of the hotel premises. Easy check-in and easy check-out.

Shaded parking was very limited. Breakfast was horrible. No Indian food was available for breakfast. I suggest NOT to opt for breakfast when you go next time.

A lovely quality hotel with an outdoor pool and lovely gardens

We stayed at the hotel for the specific purpose of attending The Sharjah Junior World Cricket Tournament. All the teams were staying there and so it met all our needs. The room was excellent and overlooked the gardens, outside swimming pool and lake. Just beautiful! There was coffee and tea making facilities and a small fridge in the room too. Bottled water was re-plenished every day which was lovely. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food to suit all tastes. The location of the hotel was a long way from the Dubai mall! However, there was a lovely park to walk in closeby, several small shops and a large supermarket with quality foods within easy walking distance.

On the breakfast buffet the only fresh fruit offered was melon. This was for every day of our stay! it would have been nice to include a variety of fresh fruits including apples, bananas, peaches, plums, strawberries, blackberries etc.

I had a genuinely pleasant experience during my stay, and I would particularly like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the night shift staff, especially Ahmed. From the moment I arrived very early in the morning, Ahmed greeted me with a warm and courteous attitude, making me feel instantly welcome and at ease and arranged a room for me and my family. Throughout the early hours, he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was assisting with early check-in, answering my questions with patience, or helping me with local recommendations, his approach was always professional, attentive, and kind-hearted. It is rare to come across someone so genuinely committed to customer care during the night shift hours, and Ahmed truly stood out in this regard.

Nice hotel with great location and views!

My stay at Holiday International coincided with the torrential rains in the Emirates so I was pretty much stuck within the confines of the hotel for 4 days! The city was completely flooded! I was so happy to have chosen this hotel because of the fantastic views and its proximity to the lagoon/promenade which made my "confinement" bearable. I would also like to give a special mention to the bell captain, Julius Mwangi, who helped me enormously with sorting out my Hertz car-pick up, and arranging a transfer to the airport in the middle of night, in these uneasy circumstances. Huge thanks!

Worst experience.

Comfortable bed.

Water was all over the bathroom after taking shower. Very noisy from 7am onwards. On 18 Sep at 8:20 am me and my husband went for breakfast, I asked one of the staff member where the missing coffee pot was I was told that it’ll take time and I should make myself with the Nescafé sachet, whilst I was making the coffee a white woman behind me asked the same staff member for coffee pot and he immediately ran in the kitchen and within 2 mins got the pot and smiled at the white woman who was standing behind me (as if I was invisible) and asked her to take the coffee. After the woman left I confronted the guy and asked him why didn’t he ask the white woman to make the coffee, he didn’t have any reply. The restaurant manager overheard our conversation and apologised. My husband was also very upset with the behaviour. Will never book this hotel again!

Clean room with lagoon view with a table and chairs in the balcony. Airconditioning was very good. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are very polite and helpful.

Unprofessional service.

In the lobby CS was perfect. Car parking and front door is a wonderful.

The reception there a lady, she was rude and not welcomed us. Also she was very busy with mobile. The second I didn’t sleep 😴 bcz very loud. The second you can hear 👂 everything they said. Got a telefon at 6:15 the day before I check out and ask me “are you check out today” is was same lady. And I said No. I have a more days. She said “ what is your room”. Unprofessional service

location is great balcony is good would-be better if there is an amperlla shade from sun,

the set up is primitive when I take shawer the whole toilet becomes wet no proper splash guard, the sink is very high not comfortable to use, room lighting is poor, electric sockets have bad locations, in room safe is not fixed you can carry it out or be exchanged easily 😏 with all of its contents 🤔
