Good location with access to most things needed in Sharjah.

Location was perfect for us as we had family who are residents living there very close by to us. The location is very good with a kids park,water park,some good food places and the corniche right on your doorstep.

The furniture is a bit dated but working fine so didn’t bother us. Some of the fixing in the bathrooms were old and hanging so need some renovation but again worked fine.

A hotel with an excellent location that works for families on a budget.

The location and the on site parking was a huge plus. The pool is great for small children.

Some of the furniture is outdated and needs to be replaced. Also the lighting in the kitchen should be brighter. The reception should tell the guests that they have to ask for the room to be cleaned daily. Otherwise the room isn’t cleaned.

The staff were rude, especially Hassan. I requested a room upgrade, but he told me to cancel the reservation and make another one without any courtesy. Also, upon checkout, I was made to wait 10 minutes just to have my room checked, even though the cleaning staff were present when I left.

Wonderful am waiting to repeat it again

The cleaning was very good , the location and the parking is perfect , the Egyptian receptionist and the security were so kind specially on the day of the check out

Its a suggestion, that the facility to be more supportive as we stayed 23 days , we requested for extra bed for 10 days only , as we are out of budget but they couldent support us. I have issue with my car battery also on the checkout day , i requested for support to jump start the engine only , the facility they cant provide. And when i call maintinance company they was refusing to let them enter the parking area. I suggest to provide this kind of service to help and support the residents when they are inside the facility.

World class without breaking the bank.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The suite was massive. I was very surprised by everything available for a very low fee.

The location is close to the Sharjah Corniche. You can walk to it. However, the traffic around the Hotel is the heaviest I have experienced. This isn't the fault of the hotel, just something to consider.

The place was homey , good for family. The view was exhilarating !

Staffs were not that accomodating from the reception to the bell boy. When we came earlier than the expected check in the receptionist was still thinking if they will allow us to stay in the lobby *take note we have kids! But after some thought she allowed us. The Egyptian bell boy was not accomodating at all. Hee just shoved our things in the car without any proper care. They are not friendly! But the house keeping staffs were very polite and friendly 🙂
