Everything was perfect)))

Amazing beachfront stay! Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and perfectly maintained, with all the amenities and toiletries you could need. The housekeeping was flawless, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and varied, with plenty of options to start the day right. The swimming pool was clean and well-kept, and the beach area was wonderful. The view from the room was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sea was unforgettable. Special thanks to the reception staff for their professionalism and kindness, especially Bahar, who made our stay even more comfortable and pleasant. This hotel is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. Highly recommended, and we would gladly come back again!

The only minor downside was indirectly related to the hotel: we had arranged an airport transfer with a taxi driver on the ground floor for a specific time, but when we came down, there was no car — the driver had forgotten and was busy with other matters. We had to find another taxi ourselves.

Friendly personnel that was willing to help. Clean beautiful beach, nice swimming pool. Big comfortable room. Breakfast was complete and fresh.

I recommend the hotel to stay for families especially with kids.

The hotel's compound is very well arranged with good access from rooms area to beach and pool area. The beach area is friendly for kids and swimmers. I liked the sea view from the balcony and a grocery shop not far from the hotel. The vicinity around the hotel was not overcrowded. My option was with breakfast and dinner.

I found it was difficult to book a shuttle from/to the hotel through the online application, recommended at the reception. So, I used Yandex Taxi application to travel to some locations in Dubai.

Rather good place if you want to have a private beach

Good place for a vacation with family, very easy and close access to the sea with a private beach. Food is simple but fresh and overall great. Everything's clean, comfortable and overall proper vacation spot.

The surrounding area makes the impression a bit worse as there's a huge demolition right to the hotel which brings quite a lot of noise and dust to the hotel. Also, the "city center view" is a view of quite a big road in front of the hotel which was quite noisy at night.

only good thing was clean and warm sea.

We stayed at Occidental Sharjah Grand and were extremely disappointed. The only positive was the beautiful, warm sea, which has nothing to do with the hotel itself. The hotel had a strong musty smell everywhere. Rooms were standard, but the air conditioning was unbearably loud and ineffective. Our balcony view was ruined by pigeons constantly soiling it, making it impossible to relax or dry clothes. Staff, especially reception, were unhelpful; repeated complaints went unresolved. Food was mostly inedible, over-spiced with strong Indian herbs and curry. Selection was extremely limited, and our children often had to survive on fries and pizza. “Themed nights” were a disappointment, with food completely unrelated to the advertised cuisine. You really DONT expect to have russian goulash and kebab on ITALIAN themed evening !!! (and no italian food) Pool and beach were okay, but service was poor. Beach towels had strict rules, and the sand had cat feces with roaming cats on loungers. In short: Sea: beautiful View: ruined by birds Smell: strong and unpleasant Food: limited and mostly inedible Staff: unhelpful Pool/Beach: service and cleanliness issues This hotel does not meet even 2-3 star standards elsewhere. We will never stay here again. Absolute disappointment.

To sum up, the hotel is a real 4* one. we loved it.

The hotel is in 30 min from Dubai Airport. The taxi fee is 63 - 85 UEDs depends of the direction. The beach is private, the sunbeds and umbrelas are included. Room was a very good, big enough and bright with a balcone. Scales, safe and a keetle with stuff were in the room. The bathroom had variety of soaps and shampoos, as for 4* hotel. The pool was right under the balcone. The restorane was exceptional with viraity of dishes for brekfast and diner (we did't have lunch due to excurions). we could swap luch and dinner by request. The hotel saff is very friendly, welcoming and multilanguage. The manager Kristina solved any issues happened asap (much appreciations to her). Two superstores are in 5 -7 min walking distance.

The air conditioner was't working well enough, maintaining +24C only, while it would be preferable +20-22C.

-Booked a deluxe room with city view, but they upgraded it to a very spacious room with pool and sea view for free. - Gave us early check 11 am instead of 3PM. - Free welcome desert was served to the room( Macaroons) -Suitable for families.

Good Sea View, very underrated place!

This is such a underrated hotel! the view is amazing, the staff is very attentive and friendly. we had a baby who was ill during our stay and the housekeeping team was so helpful with the frequent requests. check in Staff was very helpful with all the information and made sure that everything was done as quickly as possible as our Kiddo was very tired and grumpy,

Buffet could be of more variety but then again we were there on a weekday and it did cater to the majority of the guests which did make sense though,

Firstly, the staffs were well trained and professional. I need to make special mention of Ala who made the stay even more pleasant. All the amenities were right in place.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY - except food

We like Pool, Beach and also room with sea view., Pool & Beach what we expected more than that.

Food. what we expected not there., one day before we asked to the restaurant. the restaurant guy told. i will ask chef indian foods will prepare for breakfast . but nothing happened and 99 AED dinner price. better order food outside and eat. Departing to hotel i asked Hotel before one day. i will come at 2 PM , can you arrange the room . no they told . only exact 3 PM we will give told. but they are not giving same time. we are waiting 30-45 mins after that only given room key.

I had to wait for two hours to get my room, while other guests who arrived later received their rooms before those who arrived earlier and deserved to be checked in first. When we tried to follow up on what happened they responded with harassing answers and ignored taking any helpful action.

An Amazing, Value for Money, Family Friendly Vacation

We were given two rooms and both were spacious & clean. The swimming pool with Water slide was the highlight of our trip. It was almost impossible to get them out of the pool because they loved it so much. The stay got better with an amazing intercontinental breakfast buffet which was free of charge. The stay was excellent and would highly recommend families to come & stay.

The only downside was the Summer Heat due to which we could not spend more time at the beach or pool. The rest of the stay was excellent.

Beach, cleanness and price value. Staff relationship is excellent. Breakfast is also excellent. Room cleaning service is excellent.

Entrance construction obstruct hotel entrance and taxi drivers get lost trying locating entrance. Private taxi from hotel do not accept credit cards only cash .
