BEST APARTMENT HOTEL

The Manager, Ammar Javed, Grace, Jay and all the cleaning staff were wonderful to give nice service.No cockriach or mosquitoes are flies.Amazing

The front-desk staff insisted that I scan a QR code and leave a rating during check-in—before I had even seen the room. He also pointed to his name tag and asked that I mention him in my comments. The only service I received was a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which didn’t add any real value for me as a solo traveler; a standard room would have been perfectly fine. When I entered the room, I was disappointed to find that the interior finishes and materials felt dated and worn. Also, the short path leading to the hotel from the road was unpaved and rough, with small rocks and dirt, which made arrival less comfortable.

Nothing at all except the staff behaviour.

The place and all the equipments were too old and dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable. They even charged for an extra blanket. The drainages were stinky and leaking.

I didn't like anything. It's dirty, the service is bad, the bathrooms are not clean, and the TV doesn't work. It's the worst hotel I've ever been to.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at Emirates Stars Hotel Sharjah. The service was excellent, and the staff were kind, professional and always ready to help 😊 A special thank you to the amazing front desk team Mehuli, Grace and the manager Mr. Ammar for their warm hospitality and outstanding support 🙏 The hotel was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Highly recommended and I will definitely come back 🌟

The place,the staff was amazing

I met an exceptional team with respect and caring the property was so clean I really appreciate hotel the staff especially Mr Ammar and grace they were absolutely amazing and the others too. People can come and check in you will like it

Nice apartments just far from city

Different feelings about staff when i was at place they was very nice the problem and my disappointment is that they they don’t communicate over messages so i had small issues i was trying contact them 5min after booking was made however they haven’t answered in about 3 weeks!!! Only when i was arrived and started complain about they should communicate with customers they ungraded my room to better one so finally I’m happy about them but anyway they should take attention for better communication. The rest was really nice perfect apartments for price you paying.

No communication from hotel side until you reach them directly at place so if you have any questions they will not answer. Location a bit far from metro or even bus station so you have to take taxi as only option of walk to nearest buss stop which are ~2km away if you are there around middle May - September that’s not option to walk under +40+ degrees also taxi are more expensive from/tp there if it’s matter.
