I like the space and the location very calm and quite. The house keeping and reception staff was friendly and helpful
First of all the access card is stop working many times and that was so inconvenience for us as a family, many times we forced to go back to reception to active the access card after we reach our room and some time I carry things with my little daughter when I feel tired I send her to reception to active the card. another issue Ac stop working every day at end of night every day we wake up all of us the three family members sweating from hot around 2 to 4 or some time till 6 am, there is no responding: the dressing hocks are only 3 pieces I requested maybe 5 times and no response we kept the rest of our clothes in our luggage, also there is no cookware at all I request many times they bring only tableware, for cookware I bought my own from market .this my first and last visit to this hotel. We were planning to book more days but we change our mind and decided to move to other hotel as we didn’t feel comfortable
