The bathroom had a very bad smell. It smelled of mold The walls of the bathroom had mold The bathroom was flooding The bathroom had poor lighting The whole bathroom situation was disgusting. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel. It’s very good for the price. Very comfortable too.

I didn’t feel well received when I got there. I was with my baby and luggages but no one helped me to my room with my luggages. But I saw a staff carry just one small box for a white girl to show her to her room. Even upon leaving I received no help still. I just assumed it’s because I’m black.😊

Staffs are good. But there is no facility.

To go to the parking area is a herculean task. The way is applicable for bicycles only. There is no proper follow up. Once I reach the room I found that there was a leakage from the AC duct. Once I complaint they came for maintenance. Why you didn't check this before? By using a single word it is worst.

The location is neearby the basic services and shops.

The Facility is required renovation. The swimming pool was not clean. The shower water is not hot enough. (just become warm after long time of waiting) The room lights are not sufficient. The rooms which are located on the road side are noisy and not comfortable due to traffic. Overall the hotel is very simple compared with 4 star rated hotels.
