While in the pool, I needed 2 pool towels, but Pool guy refused and told us that he can only give us towels based on how many pool cards we have. Then later when a Russian lady asked for 3 towels he gave her 3 with one card.

Very calm and peacful staycation.

Very private and spacious living room. Access to holiday international for breakfast and Swimming pool. The receptionist, buggy rider to all other staff were too calm and helpful. Especially Mr Akter. I had requested for a bed decoration for our anniversary celebration but they surprised us with a cake and decor, which amazed us at their thoughtfulness.

Could have more channels in the Tv. There were very less channels to explore. Was looking for music channel but nothing were available to keep kids entertain

A great little retreat in a busy city.

All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Mr. Shahab was fantastic in helping us. Great for families and kids who love to swim! Superb breakfast.

Swimming Pool: I really enjoyed the swimming pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax after a long day. The temperature was just right, and there were plenty of comfortable loungers around. Local Area: The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions, which made exploring easy and convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming.

Cleanliness: I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. It did not meet my expectations during my stay. Breakfast: I had to go to another hotel for breakfast, which was inconvenient. Checkout: I received a call from reception exactly at 12 PM reminding me to check out, which felt a bit abrupt and stressful. Amenities: Only one towel was provided at check-in, which was insufficient for my needs. Parking Area: While walking toward the parking, water was flowing from a neighboring villa and ended up getting over me, which was unpleasant.

Superb Stay

The most incrideable thing we liked was the seprate kids pool and temperature control water and covered pool for kids. Secondly how the hotel is designed its awesome, you get everything garden, kids play area and the rooms are top notch.

Marbella Always best staycation place for me And it’s really make comfort like my own home , Bell boy Manoj so helpful 🙏 and my friend broken wine Glass house keeping boys Sandeep and Akthar came and cleaned broken glass and given xtra towels they offer us extra amenities as well , by 10 pm we called housekeeping for extra Teabags and milk Rama came very quickly and give us 😊 it was very quick and we had good interaction by Rama smiling face !! It was my second time staycation for one night but I’m very sure we will come back next month !! I’m very happy for arrange complementary birthday by Manoj and my final suggestion Reception need more welcome and smile , first impression is always best impression , But certainly I will come back soon Marbella always gate way place for best staycation

Beautiful budget friendly resort at great location with nuances to consider

-Amazing location in heart of Sharjah on Al-Majaz next to corniche -Different types of sport activity available on premises like tennis , swimming pool, ping pong -pictursque view of corniche from resort and access to Corniche from front door -ease of access to fast food restaurants and highways

-old furniture including door corners of bathroom, reading lights next to bed -limited water bottle availability taking in consideration climate of UAE -no back door immediate access to Corniche -pool could be a little bigger as it's smaller compared to capacity of resort if al khan beach is closed on some days

Old Resort with Noisy A/C compressors

The hotel is nicely situated on Lake Khaled and has nice greenery. The room was large with access to the garden. Shoer was fine but the water appeared to be slightly reddish at times. Parking was very near the room.

All rooms suffer from a major problem from noisy air conditioning compressors. I was unable to sleep.

Myself and my wife enjoyed most of the stay. Good size room, large sitting hall. We had our own parking space for the hired car.

Our room was one of the connecting room with a single door and a family with small kids stayed in the connecting room. Some of the nights we couldn't chill out on the sofa, always had to stay in locked bedroom. Apart from this everything else was fine.

Superb

The resort location,view,proximity to all scenic locations,shopping at walkable distance was really priceless. The facility of swimming,gym,sauna was excellent.Cleanliness was good.Special mention of staff Nithin,Faisal & Dika for helping us during unforeseen situation of torrential rains.Reception staff helped us in upgrading our two suits into a villa so all family could stay together.Beds,sofa cum beds were excellent quality.In a three bedroom villa 8 persons could sleep very comfortably.extra blankets,towels were provided at no additional cost.Water bottles ,tea,coffee at no additional cost was replenished every time.Overall it was worth the price stay and I strongly recommend even local people to stay there for a change.

The villa had a good kitchen but utensils like pan,pots were provided only on demand,knife and cutting board was missing.Cleaning material was not there to wash used utensils,so we were dependent on cleaning staff every time for cleaning.(it was ok,given that we traveled for leisure).So if you travel with small kids and think of preparing small snacks,meals in kitchen then plan accordingly and ask the staff.Only one restaurant was functional during our stay as other 3 were under renovation.
