the stay was good

The staff at this property truly deserve recognition. The front desk and reception team were polite, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The cleaners and security staff were also respectful and did their best to assist whenever needed. Their attitude was the best part of this experience.

The Wi-Fi connection was weak and unstable, frequently disconnecting and making it difficult to stay online. In Apartment 1704, the washing basin needs to be replaced, not just maintained. It has visible patchwork from a previous fix, which does not look good and raises concerns about possible leakage. These are fixable issues, and addressing them would noticeably improve the guest experience.

Very clean , great location and friendly staff. We got upgraded to premium room which was very spacious.

There were some sounds like water running from toilet and windows or curtains it was not lcwar hut sounds would come suddenly at night

The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, right in front of Sahara Shopping Center. Bed linens are clean.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and plenty options in the breakfast menu.

Too far from main Dubai attractions, the hotel falls in different state of Sharja which is about 40minutes to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa area.

Excellent location, clean & comfortable rooms and excellent staff.

The property is located conveniently opposite Sahara mall with all the food options. Easy access to Dubai. The rooms are very clean and comfortably furnished. Parking available in hotel parking lot. The staff is excellent. Right from the reception team, to the lobby staff, room service and cleaning staff, all are very polite, efficient and helpful. Special thanks to Joan, Mohamed and Mehedi at reception. Also Peter in lobby. One of the best properties in Sharjah.

Good value hotel

Free parking for cars. Decent breakfast. 3-5 minutes' walk from the Sahara shopping center and the large Nesto store. Very large apartment. On-site gym and swimming pool available. The hotel offered free shuttle buses to the beach.

You need your own car. Unfortunately, you have to expect huge traffic jams in the city itself and on the road to Dubai.

Very disappointed

The hygiene levels of housekeeping were not good plus the reception staff was not taking the escalation seriously to ensure house keeping is done. Also when I got sick and requested the staff to send breakfast in my room they denied Inspite of me paying entire breakfast amount in advance for fifteen days their hospitality was of below four star level plus the property is old and not of four star standard

Amazing place if you are looking for a hotel apartment in a lively place

The rooms are very spacious compared to other hotel apartments. The rooms are very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Any requests were addressed immediately. All amenities were within walking distance including Sahara mall across the street.

I was disappointed with the bathroom set up. I was a visitor to this hotel apartment for about 10 years. The master bedroom included the bathroom, not separate outside the room. The twin room’s bathroom was where the guest bathroom used to be, up near the front door , a distance from the bedroom. I was really disappointed with that. There was no quest bathroom for the 2 bedroom apartment. A shower was added to the guest bathroom to make a full bathroom, which was quite small, especially for a 6 foot 17 year old. The shower had a slight Leak and there was a crack in the tub.

Overall feel and clean rooms especially at such a great price , the location is stone throw away from Dubai - Sharjah border and opposite to a great shopping mall , one can go to Dubai via the mall by foot and catch a local bus of Dubai to move around and avoid the morning rush hour traffic

Cleanliness near the parking area approach and the parking area by itself was cramped , but it’s negligible compared to the great rates they offer and the property facilities

what i like about this hotel is their welcoming and helpful stuff, especially Mr. Vicky and madam Florence. my booking was for a high floor room but they were kind enough to change my room to a lower floor with a view on sahara centre. currently the hotel is under renovation which means they actually listen to what their guests ask for!

It was a good experience

Location is perfect for both Dubai and Sharjah, very clean and spacious, I stayed in 2 bedroom apartment with my family total of 5 adults, quite, good insulation and curtains, good air conditioning, free parking on site , the staff were very friendly and helpful I would come back again and highly recommended to everyone

Breakfast is mandatory included in the booking and no option for reservation without breakfast, the area for breakfast is not enough for everyone . The children policy is not fair, only up to 12y, I was charged extra 100 Dh for my youngest daughter who is 16y old

Comfortable and relaxing

The hotel team was very supportive and approachable. Special thanks to Vicky who managed our check in at the reception and was very accommodating and responsive to all our requirements ensuring our stay was comfortable.

Maybe the valet parking facility could have been more efficient. The second bathroom water wasn't hot enough and the tub in the main bathroom wasn't very clean.
