Best getaway in Dubai

Always prefer to stay at Al Bustan whenever in Dubai. Always impeccable service and comfortable cozy beds and rooms. Great Team with Govind and rest of the team. Will be there soon.

In general we left the hotel happy

The bed was comfortable, the AC was working well, and the staff were very helpful. The people cooking breakfast did a good job.

We were generally satisfied with the hotel. However, there was an unsettling smell, likely from the scent of the cleaning supplies used.

value for money, comfortable stay, good breakfast with live cooking.

Staff are very accommodating, they extended our check out to 3pm because checked in late evening, breakfast is decent with live cooking, rooms are clean, location is near metro, shopping mall/grocery at ground floor.

Toiletries such as toothbrush, slippers, toothpaste has to be requested instead of ready in the rooms, key cards does not work if next to mobile, very difficult to navigate inside the building due to lack of sign boards, breakfast is up to 10:30 am only, swimming pool is very small.

Clean, quite, great staff especially reception staff ( Fade, Mahmoud and Nirmal), also very friendly waitress (Nipuni) , and dedicated housekeeping staff(Narayan and Sunny). Actually amazing staff. I always book my staff at this residence. Thanks for all and especially their hospitality. Raed

A Gem in Dubai

Al Bustam always delivers above expectations. I have been staying there every time when I visit Dubai. Excellent location with metro connection and a shopping mall in the building. What stands out is the staff. They go out of their way to make guests happy. As usual, I had an exceptional stay this time. Majid, the manager and Nirmal, Siddik, and the rest of the staff were amazing, and I could not praise them more. I always recommend this gem of a place to my friends, and they are equally happy. Will be back soon. We'll done Team Al Bustan

Such a great stay at AL Bustan Centre and Residence. Everything is available at the hotel swimming pool, Gym, parking and a very delicious breakfast with a lot of choices. A very conformable room with free high speed internet A very friendly and helpful staff from the reception to the bellboys and housekeeping. Definitely I will visit again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel for stay in dubai ,since you entered the hotel until you checked out,staff in reception and bellboy are very friendly, the room very clean ,food very delicious with alot of variety, the hotel near metro station as well there is shopping mall in ground floor with alot of shops, I recommend albustan for nice and safe stay in dubai.

The staff and the support from front desk was superb. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Breakfast had plenty of verities. Calm and very quit area. Metro stations ah nahda and stadium are walking distance. Lulu hypermarket within walking distance. I have Stayed in many hotels around the world I would say the staffs at this hotel are well trained and ready to support in anyway within their boundaries . Would highly recommend the hotel . Thank you
