Good location. Safe surrounding. Boring ambiance and reception people. Could be better if the hotel would replace them with lively people. The servers in the restaurant are nit welcoming also. We are coming here just because it is near

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good as well. The location is great as there is a light rail station close and there is a supermarket in the bottom floor.

The hotel room was very dated, rugs were badly stained and there was an off putting odour in the room. Several times the room was not serviced till after 5:00 pm. The staff were friendly.

The furnishings in the room was dated and there was the smell of smoke in my room even though I asked for a non smoking room but it was bearable. Staff was very friendly and the location was in a place that made it fairly easy to get to most attractions with a short Uber drive

I had a wonderful stay in all. Food was great, location of the hotel was very convenient. Wi-Fi was always on and fast. On the ground floor you have a shopping mall a big super market and behind it a petrol station too. For me and my family it was in a perfect location . Near the al mamzar beach and everything else was near too. Thank you.

I feel comfortable for every thing .. staaf and the cleaning .. good food in resturent .. very nice check in and out .. good staff for the reception ..realy very good hotel
