I had a wonderful stay at this property with my family. The room is located inside an apartment but has a very nice hotel-style feel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay very enjoyable. The location is one of the best features. It is only around 5 minutes from the Dubai bus stations and about 10 minutes from Al Qiyadah Stadium Metro Station, making it very easy and convenient to get around Dubai. The area is also very lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and affordable options nearby, so everything we needed was within easy reach. I would also like to give special thanks to the engineer who welcomed us. He was extremely respectful, professional, and friendly, and his hospitality made a great first impression. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again with my family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a convenient location with excellent hospitality.

Excellent Family Room Experience The family room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable for both adults and children. The beds were cozy and the room was well equipped with everything we needed. I really appreciated the attention to detail, including the coffee and tea facilities and family-friendly amenities. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond to any requests. The location was also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
