- Parking Slot - Good Location - The Porter was very Helpful

- The room was hot when we first arrive, we waited for 3 hours for the AC to cool but still hot. Then we were shifted to another room which was not as big as the first room. - Tap water was hot no cold water. - The basin was old and has yellow stains.

The hotel accommodations were excellent. The staff were excellent, especially Lubna and Areza at the reception, who were very welcoming and quick to respond to all my needs, making my stay more than wonderful. The hotel accommodations were excellent. The staff were excellent, and they gave me a special welcome, especially Mr. Gabriel, for his friendliness, cheerful face, excellent performance, and immediate response to guests' requests. His high morals and manners are the biggest motivation for me to visit again.

An elegant, modern, and comfortable hotel.

The staff are extremely prompt and cooperative, and their treatment is almost like family or friendship, especially Mr. Ahmed, who makes you feel as if you are with close friends. A lovely stay in the smiling emirate.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms, and the hotel's location, as it is very close to Dubai. I liked the reception staff's treatment, especially Ms. Ariza. She was very polite and gave me a better room than the one I had booked, with a wonderful view of the city. All thanks and appreciation to her.

Doesn't worth the money.

I was there for the conference at Sharjah Expo, so the location was good. The staff were friendly.

There was a water leak in the bathroom, and the floor was dirty when I checked in. I was told that there was no other room available on that day, so I had to stay there.

Location is perfect

Unfortunately, the pillows were not comfortable at all and caused noticeable neck pain. I hope the hotel management considers improving the quality of the pillows to ensure better comfort for future guests.

Highly Recommended, very friendly staff

I really like the staff of the hotel. From night reception, I'm not sure about their name, I think Chuhaid / Anoub, they are very friendly. We also love the breakfast and their staff, the filipina Nena, Shams, Amine, Mong, Shushil, and parangit, they are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms exceeds our expectations; it's too big and clean.

It’s fine , just was unlucky with the room .

We came at night basically just to take shower and sleep. And the first impression was fine , once entered to bathroom , it was a sign that the toilet was disinfected, but in fact it was completely dirty with piss, which is the most disgusting. As it was night , I had no power to ask to change the room , as we already prepare for bed. I must tell that staff was acting promptly and offered to change the room & upgrade ,but i was literally almost falling asleep. There is no complaints for stuff, but cleanliness was awful. Also was few minor issues, door handle in the bath was falling apart and two plugs next to the bed was not working. Good point - the bed was comfortable and it was very conviennent location for us.

AC wasn’t working. They shifted me to 3 rooms also wasn’t working. I informed the receptionist when checking out, and I was expecting an excuse and a compensation from their end, but nothing happened.

Pohodlný hotel v centru

Místo čtyřlůžkového pokoje jsme dostali dva propojené dvoulůžkové pokoje, což bylo velmi pohodlné. Bezproblémové parkování s výtahem z garáží přímo do hotelu. Velmi milý personál.

Hotel už má své nejlepší časy za sebou, některé vybavení by potřebovalo obměnu, ale byl čistý a pohodlný.

الموظفون كانوا غير متعاونين و غير لبقين في التعامل حتى عند تسجيل الدخول لم يعتذروا عن سوء التفاهم اللي حصل من قبل الموظف كان المغسله مسدوده الشاور مكسور حتى عندما بلغتهم ما تغير شي غير نظيفه الكوب غير مغسول لدرجة اول ما وضعت فيه الشاي بينت الوساخه في الكوب
