I enjoyed my stay in the perfect location in a comfortable, clean and secure room.

I was in Caen to visit my son who lives in a very small apartment. The location was perfect. I was close to him, and we were in walking distance to everything. The staff was wonderful and put up with my extremely limited French. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice kitchen area. It was quiet at night. I felt safe and secure as a solo female traveler. I would absolutely stay there again.

I could only say that maybe a door instead of a curtain for the bathroom would be nice. But really that is just being nit-picky. Even that didn't really bother me, since I was there by myself.

Very nice apartment in a great location for seeing Caen, D-Day beaches, and Mont St. Michal.

Very cute apartment one block from the Historical City Center section of town. A lot of bars and restaurants. nearby. Great location to visit the D-Day sights and Mont St. Michal to the South. Only possible down side is the buildings medieval circular staircase. I felt like a knight in armor hauling suitcases up it and it was good I'm 6'3" and 240 lbs. Its great for backpackers, not so much for full size airline bags. Check which floor level you are getting. Other than that is was a great apartment in a great location. We stayed for 3 nights and could have used 4. Used a rental car out of Charles De Gaulle airport.

Lovely apartment in a great neighborhood!

Spacious and bright apartment with charming furnishings in a perfect location. The photos on Booking accurately reflected the apartment. We loved the personal touches like the welcome basket of treats, information packet, and well-apppointed kitchenette. Great value, too. Parking (paid) was easy in the square across the street. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay, beautiful and centrally located apartment in a chic neighborhood.

The location was perfect - in a quiet higher end residential area of town very close to the historic part of Caen. The apartment was full of light, with big windows letting the sunshine in, very cheerful and well put together. The furniture was very creatively chosen / made / refurbished, and made you feel at home in a quirky and pleasant way. The host, Marie, has a knack for design and her creativity shines in the way the rooms are furnished and every little detail is significant.

Only the winding and narrow staircase, but that is a small price to pay for the beautiful rooms. And, it shows the authenticity of the architecture. Just be careful when you go up and down. I appreciated the rope that ran alongside the stairs for support.

L'emplacement, la décoration, la literie confortable. L'attention à notre arrivée, le cake à disposition à l'entrée, délicieux. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

L'escalier en colimaçon est un peu raide. La connexion de la TV très irrégulière.

La villa Robs est idéalement située dans le centre de Caen pour visiter à pied ou se rendre au restaurant. C'était très appréciable. Marie notre hôte est réactive, avec de délicates attentions pour la Saint Valentin . Le logement est superbe, confortable, très propre. C'était parfait !!!

Elegante e comodo

Posizione perfetta per raggiungere a piedi il centro città'. Parcheggio gratuito in strada molto vicino. Camera ben arredata. Adorabile accoglienza con prodotti locali e una stupenda torta disponibile nell'atrio per tutti gli ospiti.

Un consiglio più che qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto: la nostra camera non aveva la porta tra il bagno e la camera (come da annuncio, non era una sorpresa). Gli ambienti sono separati da una tendina. Tuttavia, si potrebbe installare una porta esterna a scorrimento con binario in alto. Questo risolverebbe il problema.

Sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, tolle Lage, schönes Ambiente. Trotz Nähe zur Straße ruhig.

Ausstattung etwas sparsam (nur 1 Handtuch pro Person, kein Kleiderschrank), wenn auch für eine Übernachtung ausreichend. Bad/Toilette nur durch Vorhang vom Zimmer getrennt. Toilette super niedrig und nicht richtig befestigt.

Beliggende ved grønt marked og ved Café Catherine. Roligt kvarter og parkering på Rue St. Martin i knapt 20 timer for kun 4. euro. Mulighed for - via app Cozyup at købe lidt snacks, drikkevare og kaffe / te på stedet. Dejlig lille forhave med borde, stole og belysning.

Было чисто, приятный интерьер. Чистое и хорошо пахнущее постельное белье. Удобная кровать.

Отсутствие двери в ванной, но нас заранее об этом предупредили. Но думаю можно поставить раздвижную дверь ради комфорта гостей. Еще было всего 2 полотенца. Хотелось бы больше полотенец- для лица и тела хотя бы. Плюс нет индивидуальных гигиенических принадлежностей. Было бы здорово, если бы хозяин предусмотрел одноразовые тапочки для комнаты и душа.

Emplacement et fonctionnalité parfaits.

Appartement joliment décoré. Avec beaucoup de goût et de style. Très fonctionnel et bien pensé. La literie est exceptionnelle. L’arrivée et le départ sont facilités.

Je ne me rappelle pas avoir lu dans l’annonce que l’appartement Sagurdo se situait au rez de chaussée au côté de la porte d’entrée. C’est dommage, car la porte de l’appartement étant mal isolée et laissant passer le bruit et la lumière nous avions l’impression que les résidents entrants et sortants étaient dans notre logement quand ils étaient dans le couloir. Je pense qu’il faut préciser vouloir un logement dans les étages. Surtout si l’on veut se reposer un dimanche matin.
