A very nice, clean and comfortable room, 10-15 minutes walk from everything. A supermarket just downstairs. Special appreciation that there was a kettle in a shared hallway - something that I usually struggle to find in Italian hotels. The host was very nice and helpful. I stayed there for a full week and felt very comfortable.
Keep in mind that italian plugs are not always compatible with the standard european ones. My laptop charger didn't fit the sockets in the room but luckily the host was there to lend me an adaptor.

Posizione ottima, vicina alla fermata del bus e a due passi da Stazione Piazza Principe
Palazzo molto vecchio e con odori sgradevoli. Sanitari un po’ vecchi però tutto sommato per una notte è andata bene. Avendo speso più di 100€ però avrei voluto la colazione inclusa
