Loved the area. Hotel was easy to find and get in/out.

shower is very small. Soap dispenser fell off the wall and shattered. It was plastic but an odd thing to have happen with soap in one's eyes.

Nice place to stay

Host was perfect no problem at all. What'sup communication fast and active. I recommend a stay. Very nice church next to accommodation and also grocery within 100m walk.

All was fine - just trains in Italy are fully booked so it was critical to move to Malpensa from Genova. Next time flight directly to Genova avoiding trains Malpensa Genova.

The only problem is you need to have connectivity the first time you enter the building. This created a problem for me arriving from Australia without local internet. Maybe a barcode that could be scanned at the airport or somewhere nearby with internet and photographed and then used at the main door?

Small, very clean and very functional

It was well located. Small room but very functional. Very clean and modern in its practicality.

The small sign at the address and the fact that if someone else did not close the lift door properly, you were in for a five story walk - up or down!

Ok but overpriced

Good location, simple and close route from the Principe station, not far from the main road = feels safe. Supermarket almost at the doorstep, short walk to the main centre and the marina. The place is freshly renovated so feels clean and everything works (although you could see dirt in the corners).

There zero communal space (kitchen ). The room has very very small table and mini coffee machine - no utensils (had to buy a pack of plastic spoons), no kettle, not even a tiny fridge to put food or drinks in. It’s truly just for sleeping. The nearest cafe doesn’t open on weekends so you need to walk a bit for breakfast. Most of my food (yogurt, cheese) went off by the morning after first night because of no fridge (and it wasn’t even hot season). Also, it’s advertised as providing toiletries and it’s just one bottle of soap under shower. I

Це супер, мені сподобалося все, особливо комунікація, на всі мої питання відповіли, все чудова, різне само заселення з допомогою спеціального приложения. Чиста комфортна кімната, ліфт працює, є кавамашина. Поруч супермаркет карефур. Локація супер.

Semplicemente perfetta per una breve vacanza a Genova

Abbiamo prenotato la camera King Superior, molto spaziosa, accogliente e pulita. La posizione è ottima, a 700 m dalla stazione di Piazza Principe, e a 500 m dal Porto Antico. Una menzione d'onore ai proprietari, hanno sempre risposto prontamente (per telefono) a tutti i messaggi per soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, compresa quella di lasciare le valigie anche dopo l'orario del checkout. Assolutamente consigliato per una breve vacanza!

Se proprio volessi trovare il pelo nell'uovo, consiglierei di aggiungere un secondo asciugamano piccolo e di fornire un set doccia più completo di un erogatore di gel doccia.

Pessimo

Il proprietario mi ha dato un’altra camera, molto più piccola, con scarico rotto senza coperchio, che faceva rumore e si attivava anche quando usavano il bagno nelle altre stanze. Per usarlo dovevo immergere le mani nel meccanismo interno e alzare una leva. Il fatto più grave è che il proprietario mi ha chiesto di entrare nella mia stanza in mia assenza per aggiustarlo, pur sapendo che fosse rotto: io ho soggiornato meno di 24 ore, e le altre stanze, compresa quella che avevo prenotato io da Booking, erano libere. Inizialmente ha finto comprensione per un mio errore di prenotazione, poi mi ha fatto pagare in contanti più del costo prestabilito e come se non bastasse mi ha anche presa in giro dicendo di non farmi pagare la tassa di soggiorno. Io viaggio tanto e non mi è mai capitata un’esperienza così negativa.

Soluzione perfetta per chi raggiunge Genova in treno.

Posizione strategica, comodissima con la stazione e con il centro. Camera spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa. Comunicazione cordiale ed efficace tramite WhatsApp e modalità di gestione del self check-in tramite link ottima.

Appartamento a due passi dalla stazione di Genova Piazza principe

La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima perché vicino alla stazione e al centro città

L'appartamento dovrebbe essere leggermente rinnovato. Visto che c'è la macchinetta per il caffè si potrebbe fare in modo di far trovare ai clienti qualcosa da mangiare per colazione e una bottiglietta di acqua. L'appartamento è troppo caro per essere solo un luogo in cui si va a dormire.

Comodità massima per check-in e check-out in totale autonomia. La camera è molto ben ristrutturata e molto pulita. La posizione nel centro storico di Genova è comodissima per visitare il centro e l'acquario.

Struttura comoda e centrale per conoscere Genova

Ci è piaciuto la gentilezza del proprietario, abbiamo avuto l’ occasione di conoscerlo, sempre disponibile per i suoi clienti, molto soddisfatti dei sul servizio, la camera bene arredata, cuscini e materassi molto comodi, la struttura è centrale ha tutto vicino supermercati, farmacia, ristoranti, fermata dell’autobus, della metro, vicino all’acquario ed alla stazione di principe

Sono dettagli perché la camera è accogliente, 2 cose: entra un po’ di luce dalla finestra perché non ha la persiana e le tende non sono oscuranti ed il motore del bagno fa un po’ di rumore

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do portu, centrum, sklepy i restauracje w odległości 5-10 min spacerkiem. Winda na 5 piętro. Szybki i łatwy check-in. Blisko do pociągu.

Łazienka jest wąska, a w kabinie prysznicowej jedno skrzydło drzwi ma ograniczoną uchylność.

Deux belles pièces avec petite cuisine équipée au dernier étage d’un immeuble d’habitation . Localisation très pratique, on peut découvrir les principaux sites de Genes à pied et prendre le train à 10 mn pour aller vers la côte ligure. Un petit supermarché au pied de l’immeuble.

- rue très bruyante - la climatisation fonctionne très mal et quand elle veut ; il faudrait une notice pour expliquer son fonctionnement, pas du tout intuitif - draps propres mais tachés - Accueil et accompagnement client inexistants : Le Check in se fait uniquement à distance, déverrouillage des portes par smartphone( sans connexion vous n’entrez pas) / j’ai eu une question pendant le séjour , le numéro de contact n’a jamais répondu à ma demande/ pas de bagagerie le jour du départ

Sconsigliato per chi ci tiene all'igiene. Rapporto qualità-prezzo pessimo.

Sono stata a Genova per lavoro e per partecipare ad una conferenza. La notte in cui sono arrivata in struttura ho trovato camera e biancheria sporche, capelli sulle lenzuola e due ragni. Non ho avuto la possibilità di farmi una doccia dopo il viaggio da cui venivo e ho dovuto dormire su un letto non pulito. La camera è stata pulita nel primo pomeriggio del giorno dopo, con tutta la calma e facendomi notare si trattasse di un costo in più per loro. Ho perso il primo giorno di lavoro e, da parte del proprietario, c'è stata completa sottovalutazione dei disagi vissuti. Dopo aver pagato circa 110€ a notte mi sono sentita dire che avrei potuto tranquillamente lavarmi, utilizzando gli asciugamani macchiati e sporchi trovati in camera, perché comunque erano passati dalla lavanderia. Inaccettabile. Anche i nuovi asciugamani non avevano comunque un buon odore. Coprimaterasso e copricuscini assenti. Ho provato a chiedere un rimborso al proprietario, almeno delle due giornate perse. Non mi ha rimborsato e si è rifiutato di farlo anche dopo due segnalazioni portate avanti tramite Booking. Non sono questi i modi di relazionarsi ad un cliente. Possono capitare delle problematiche, ma è corretto che chi le ha subite riceva un rimborso per l’accaduto, soprattutto con prezzi così alti. Sconsigliato.

La procedura di self check-in è stata molto semplice grazie alle istruzioni dettagliate ricevute sia via mail che su WhatsApp. La camera è spaziosa e il letto molto comodo.

Mi è piaciuta la pulizia, la centralità, la vicinanza al porto/Acquario (raggiungibile a piedi), la tranquillità, il fatto che check-in e check-out fossero digitalizzati.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che mancasse il cambio asciugamani. Anche a pagamento, in maniera facoltativa, si potrebbe offrire la possibilità di un cambio asciugamani. Non dico per chi rimane una sola notte, o due, ma già rimanendo 3 notti, facendo la doccia almeno 2 volte al giorno, soprattutto nel periodo estivo, il cambio asciugamani sarebbe stato comodo e gradito.
