The location was great - right next to the old town (about. 3 mins walk) but quiet and set back from the main roads. Old town was very loud when wandering through at night so we were glad we chose to stay here. Having a parking space was ideal too. The place was v clean and modern. Luka was a brilliant host too offering loads of brilliant recommendations!

Everything! Location was perfect just outside one of the gate entrances for old town, close to the beach, close to public transport lines and plenty of shops and restaurants. Communication with Luka was exceptional, he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly during our stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation, very clean and well equipped to make any duration of stay comfortable.

PERFECT WELCOMING! HOST EXPECTED US AT THE GARAGE AND HELPED US GETTING INTO THE PLACE. ROOM AND KITCHEN IMPECCABLE; DEFINITELY A TOP PLACE TO STAY IN KOTOR; ON TOP, EVERYTHING AT WALKING DISTANCE!

The house is clean and fully equipped. It has the best location with parking slot. Luka was super nice and the check in was fast and easy
The house is freezing cold!! Even it has an AC it doesn’t worm enough and you can’t step on the floor. Besides that, the windows are wide and big and the curtains are not enough to block the light coming in the morning. So you basically wake up when the sun rises. That was very though for us.
