Great location in Kotor, spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The woman who owns the property is a jewel, very kind and helpful.

It can be a bit noisy with car traffic, we got use to it and ear plugs come in handy.

Well equipped, well priced apartment with stunning views.

Wonderful property with amazing views of the bay of Kotor. We stayed 5 nights as a family of 3, couple with 15 year old child. The apartment was easy to find, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Main bed was firm and very comfortable. Our son slept on the sofa bed and found it very comfortable too. It is a short wall tot he beach - 5 mins and 10 minutes walk to old town, ladder of Kotor, boat tours etc. the host was very friendly and accommodating.

That view is absolutely spectacular! We loved gazing at the bay as we ate breakfast every morning. Conveniently located close to old town. Surprisingly quiet with windows closed considering it’s right next to the main road

General feedback

Everything was very clean, the apartment had an amazing view to the sea and the mountains, especially the location was amazing. It was right next to the coastline that had one of the best restaurants on its way. The downtown old city of Kotor is also very close. The hostess Zoya was an amazing and kind, helpful woman. She was ready to help with every question. We recommend it very much. Greetings to Zoya from Armen!

Lovely host, amazing views

As others mentioned before everything was perfect. The host was so friendly and easily reachable via WhatsApp. The location is amazing a 15 min walk to the city center and a 5 min walk to the beach. The appartment has a kitchen with everything you need. It was very clean and quiet

Great - the host was very accommodating and the place was excellent.

Host was extremely helpful and friendly. Had a place to park right at the apartment. Apartment was big enough for four. It had a nice balcony with outstanding views. The location is convenient to walk to Old Town and the beach.

Maybe the only thing was more room to put clothes for the people that are sleeping in the living room, if you have four guests like we did.

Beautiful apartments in Kotor

We had such a great stay that we stayed an extra night! Our family booked two apartments and they were clean, well equipped, and the air conditioning worked great. They have beautiful views of the bay and are quiet. The host was very welcoming and flexible and it was a plus that we could have laundry done. They had a crib for our baby. We would definitely stay again!

All was great. There are some stairs to get to the property when walking to and from old town and the beach so keep this in mind for travelers with mobility issues.

Great home base for visiting Bay of Kotor

We stayed in the Apartments Castello for 3 nights in the beginning of June. It’s in a great location and Zoya (our host) was extremely attentive. The good news is the Apartments are less than a 10-minute walk from Old Town Kotor, and it’s downhill all the way. This comes with the bonus of a great leg workout coming back to the Apartments! In all seriousness, the location is ideal because although not directly in Old Town, it’s easily accessible, far enough away from the the mid-day cruise ship traffic, has on-site parking, and is on the main road that goes around the Bay of Kotor. There’s also a large shopping area between the Apartments and Old Town in case you need a pharmacy, grocery store, etc. We booked the One-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View and the view was worth it! The room has a private balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the Bay. The apartment had a nice full kitchen/living area in addition to the standard bedroom and private bath. Zoya was very helpful in providing us information about the nearby area, Old Town, as well as restaurant suggestions. We enjoyed our stay at Apartments Castello.

A perfect stay with everything we needed – beautiful, clean, convenient, and wonderful host

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – with a stunning view and very clean. The Wi-Fi connection was flawless, and free parking was available right in front of the house. It was only a 3-minute walk to the beach and 8 minutes to the city center. There was a small shop just across the street and a Lavazza coffee machine offering great coffee for only 60 cents. Our host Zoja was very kind and helpful. Everything was perfect!

Excellent apartment, location and host

Great location. Close enough to Kotor old town to walk to (10 min), but far enough away to not be affected by the many tourists. Very close to the bay (5 min walk). Great apartment. Top floor has a super view across the bay. Modern, clean and good facilities. Great host. Zoja is lovely person who made us feel welcomed. She provided good information upfront (eg access to the apartment) and was always available if needed

Nothing. Things for people to be aware of. It does cost the extra amount of money. But for us it was worth it. The apartment is in front of the main road into Kotor town, which is usually one long traffic jam for most of the day. However, this does not affect the view to the bay and is still pretty quiet when relaxing on the balcony.

The most incredible views and great host and location

The most incredible views and lovely, clean apartment. Good shower and fully equipped kitchen. Very clean. The bed was a bit firm for me, but this may be preferred by some people, I normally sleep on an Emma mattress 😅 I still slept very well. We had an amazing host who was very helpful and informative on arrival. The apartment is in an excellent location, short walk to the old town and local amenities.

I recommend Zoya's apartment, we stayed for one night and it was perfect! Everything is even more beautiful than in the pictures – the amazing view from the balcony, attention to every little detail. Special thanks for allowing us to check into the room early, as we arrived with small children after a night flight. We received a guide to the area and also used the driver service that took us from the airport. The room is clean, comfortable, bright, and a big plus – the location! Just a 7-minute walk from the Old City – close enough, but also quiet after a day of sightseeing. In one word – highly recommended!
