The location was great. The accommodation itself was comfortable, clean and tidy.

The hot water went cold after 1 person showering.

Great location between old town and the best late night bars, fantasic and helpful host who went out of her way, right next to the best daytime bar (Little Bay which has beach access), truly fantasti balcony and great quality ammeneties

Owner came out straight away and explained everything. The accommodation has everything you could possibly want and was spotless. It is a great location for everything in Kotor - the old town is no more than 5 minutes away (walking). The area also felt very safe.

Unfortunately, we did not realise our UK telephone roaming did not cover Montenegro, which initially caused us a few problems, when trying to contact the owner. One thing to be aware of if you have a car, is that although parking is free if you can park along the road near the accommodation, it is often difficult to find a spot (no allocated parking) and parking is limited. I should imagine it is quite difficult in the Summer (we came April).

The apartment itself is lovely. It is clean, modern, well equipped and the double bed is very comfortable. The location is excellent and, for a couple, it would make a great place to stay.

I booked this apartment for myself and my mother because we needed two separate bedrooms. Before travelling, I contacted the host to clarify the layout and was told there were two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a single bed. In reality, the second bed is in a very small loft space accessed only by a steep retractable metal ladder. It is not a bedroom, and the listing photographs do not clearly show that this is how the second sleeping area is accessed. I could not even carry my suitcase up the ladder because both hands were needed to climb safely. It would be unsuitable for many guests, particularly older people or anyone with mobility issues. I was also disappointed by the host’s response when I raised this during our stay. Rather than acknowledging that the description and pre-arrival confirmation of “two bedrooms” could reasonably have been misleading, they insisted that I had not analysed the photographs properly. Unfortunately, there was no attempt to understand our concerns or offer any goodwill gesture. My disappointment is not with the apartment itself, which is very nice, but with the way the second sleeping space is described. If the listing clearly stated that the single bed is in a loft accessed only by a retractable ladder, and included photographs showing this, guests could make an informed decision before booking. Given that other guests have raised the same issue in previous reviews, I genuinely believe the listing would benefit from clearer wording and photographs of the loft sleeping area and ladder so that future guests can decide whether it is suitable for their needs.
