Amazing !!

Very clean, perfect location 10 mins walk to old town, 5 mins walk to shopping center. The photos shown in the ad which I thought was google stock photos, to my surprise it was the actual view of the place from the balcony. Enjoyed every second of the stay there.

Perfect.

Perfectly located only a 5 minute walk from the city walls. Very comfy beds & beautiful shower. The whole property was finished to a very high standard & the hosts were helpful, friendly & attentive.

Great Service

One of the bedrooms had a wardrobe and the other did not, but there is a wardrobe right outside the bedroom. The bedroom with the wardrobe was very tight, as the bed does take up most of the space, however, I prefer having the wardrobe in the bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of outlets in both bedrooms. The host was wonderful. When we got there, he was there to help carry our luggage up stairs to the apartment. We had some questions about a winery we wanted to visit which they were very helpful about and also they were able to get us a reservation at a restaurant that had been fully booked. The responsiveness was extremely fast when we had questions. The air conditioning worked excellent. Parking was right in front of the apartment. The walk to old town was very easy and only about 5 minutes away. Big sofa was comfortable. The view was beautiful from the balcony.

More mirrors are needed. There is a full mirror outside the bedroom which is what I used to do put my makeup on.

Beautiful stay!

Great location with plenty of stores and restaurants near by, and only 5 minutes walk from the Old town. Manager and the owner (who lives downstairs) are very responsive and ready to help any time. Beautiful view! We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony!

Great location close to Kotor old town

Great location to Kotor old town and off-street parking essential in this busy area! 5 minute walk to the beach and to the old town. Apartment a little cosy for a family of x 4, but for a couple of nights it was fine.Beds comfy, and facilities good. Kitchen well equipped.

Slight confusion with picking up keys, and communication with host on site who didn't speak english - but we got there in the end!

Excellent

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Kotor. It was very well equipped and extremely comfortable, making us feel right at home. The host was wonderful — friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning view from the balcony, which offered breathtaking scenery over the bay.

The only downside during our stay was the construction work taking place nearby — both in front of and behind the apartment. The noise started quite early in the morning (around 7–8 AM), which made it difficult to sleep in or fully enjoy a quiet coffee on the balcony. That said, the apartment itself and the hospitality were excellent. Once the construction is finished, this place will be close to perfect.

A wonderful stay in a fabulous location

Lovely, modern apartment in a great location a short walk to the centre of Kotor, with fabulous balcony views to the old town, and shops / facilities close by. The hosts were very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. We had a wonderful stay.

No negative feedback at all. The road to the apartment is very steep, but it's not a long stretch. Whilst it wasn't an issue for us, it's a consideration for those with mobility issues.

A gorgeous apartment!

The apartment has everything you need, we stayed for 1 week and had no problems. It is very clean, it has all amenities. The owner lives nearby so any issues they were able to assist us, very friendly and accommodating! It is about 2 minutes walk to the River gate of the Old town Kotor (a steep walk), bakery, supermarket, restaurants all close by. Would recommend 10/10.

The location was very good being 5 minute walk from the old town North entrance and 5 minutes from the shopping centre. Only a few more minutes to the beach as well.

Great apartment close to Kotor Old Town

Perfect location for Kotor old town and the surrounding area. Modern apartment, which was like new. Great balcony with a wonderful view over the old town. It was easy to contact the host with any issues (although nothing that was a worry!). We would definitely return and recommend.

APARTMENTS FROM HELL!

AWFUL PLACE!. Demands for cash Late night messages and visitors at the door.We felt intimated and unwelcome. Constant demands for cash from the owner

Messages for cash payment thirteen times over two hour period on the night of our stay ( apparently the card payment system wasn't working ). Culminating in an 11.30pm knock at the door from a stranger wanting the cash payment. Very, very rude host 'Maria'' shouting at us on the stranger's loud speaker on her phone. We had to hand over the cash there and then. We have never experienced anything as awful as this and have travelled all over europe many, many times. The host also 'cancelled' out booking during the night whilst we were trying to sleep. I still don't understand what was going on here, but it was a horrible experience, and my wife felt very vulnerable, obviously we couldn't sleep and left as soon as we could. Expensive ( look for the hidden charges, cleaning etc ) up a hill..lots of mosquitoes and unpleasant people. AVOID.

Great location overlooking the mountains, old town, and the bay. It is very spacious and well equipped. At check-in, i happened to see the owner, and he helped me park. That day, there was an issue in the town in which the power was briefly out during checkin. The owner brought us complimentary beer and water and juice and ice cream for the kids. A very nice and welcomed gesture for the brief inconvenience that was not his fault.

Parking was free, but at times, it was challenging.

Perfeição!

Espaço completo e espaçoso, com cozinha totalmente equipada, ar condicionado nos quartos e na sala, máquina de lavar, banheiro excelente. Localizado bem próximo da cidade murada.

A estadia foi excelente. Só sinalizo aqui que não há um estacionamento próprio, mas foi tranquilo estacionar por ali.

Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Pokoje czyste, nowoczesne i komfortowe. Świetnie zorganizowana strefa wspólna, w której można było posiedzieć wieczorem. Przepiękny widok z tarasu na góry i miasto. W pobliżu mnóstwo barów z muzyką na żywo, klimatyczne knajpki oraz plaża. Na pewno wrócimy tu przy kolejnej okazji!

Bir daha gelirsem aynı yerde kalırım.

Evde buzdolabı, çamaşır makinesi, bulaşık makinesi, mutfak gereçleri her şey mevcut. Old Town ve kale manzaralı. Markete, eski şehire, plaja yürüme mesafesinde. 2 odalı ve her odada çift kişilik yatak mevcut. Kocaman bir salonu ve balkonu var. 100-200metre yokuş var sadece eve ulaşmak için. Evin için tamamen yenilenmiş. Mutfak, banyo pırıl pırıl. Otoparkı da mevcut. Biz çok memnun kaldık.

Etrafta 1-2 inşaat vardı. Erken çalışmaya başlıyorlar ama bitmek üzereydi. Fiyat bir tık pahalı tek aile için. Asansör mevcut değil. Valizleri çıkarmak ağırsa sorun olabilir.

Отдыхали в апартаментах BROWN. Здесь есть всё, что нужно, и даже больше: кондиционеры и обогреватели в каждой комнате; TV в каждой комнате; отличная кухня, большие удобные кровати, большой санузел. Очень просторно, очень чисто. Плотные жалюзи на каждом окне для любителей долго поспать :) 5-10 минут пешком до магазинов, торгового центра, пекарен, Старого Города.
