Location was great just a few steps from the waterfront area. Not far to walk to the swimming beach. Restaurants all along the walk way. Not too far to walk to the old town (just over a kilometer). Really well located. Lovely view from front patio - a little obstructed by buildings in front but great view of the bay and mountains. Comfortable beds and set up. Has everything you need.
Parking was a bit of a battle as I think there are only 2 bays allocated. But our host was always keen to help.
I think that a little more could be done to improve the stay - like cleaning up the patio that faces the water (broken chairs...). But I would stay again. Really was worth it.

Good location, private parking place, and the owner is nice
The house feels very old, the AC is leaking on the kitchen table, and the dishes were not clean (had leftover food etc)
Also, there is a weird odor in the apartment, not sure what it is..

Location was great - only 10-15 min walk to old town, 5 min walk to the beach and a restaurant and playground right out front which was great when traveling with kids
There was a bit of an odd smell and beds weren’t very comfortable

Great location!
Spacious. Good facilities
The bed felt as though it had been through it with multiple slats broken.
Shower was not great. The shower head fixture was broken.
Lighting was horrendous.
