We were happy there. We can stay here if we come again to Kotor.

Mystras is good area in Kotor. Market is 500 meters distance. Kotor beach is the same distance with market. Host are really fun people. They answer and try to do if you want something from them, so they are helpful.

The clothes hanger for drying clothes was rusty. There are ants in the kitchen. They should put a vileda mop in the apartment. Unfortunately, we couldn't clean the floor.

Great location in Kotor bay!

Everything! The location right in front of the bay! The hosts are very friendly and caring people. The apartment is nice and has everything you need. The possibility to use a wash machine is a big plus! Parking was not too complicated as well as there is free parking in the street and we always managed to find a spot!

Maybe one tiny detail: the curtain in the shower that is not preventing the water to flow through the bathroom

Great location to be close to old town Kotor while also close to water. The room is small but functional. Host very nice. There are many good restaurants nearby right on the water offering a good breakfast.

Apartment #2 to is an overpriced shithole

Location is the only good thing at apartment 2 and some of the staff is nice but the owner is a rude + incorrect person.

The baby cribs side net was a mess. Almost zero water pressure on the tap. No noise reduction, you can hear a lot of noise from adjacent rooms. Bathroom stinks from urine. After we arrived, I asked for another room, but they told they are 100% booked. Than I proposed the owner that we will leave the following morning and I can pay only for the first night, he told me he calls the police if we dont pay immediately for the whole stay. He offered there is several ATM nearby so we can get cash in 30 minutes. We had to pay next morning we left. Dont go there, rude owner (but nice staff)

The property was perfectly located for participating in the Ocean Lava Montenegro race – just a few steps from the start and finish line. The hosts were very accommodating and kindly allowed us a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated after the race.

Didn't provide us with parking even though it is stated at the description that the hotel has one. Instead they have 3-4 parking spaces that are not enough for all the guests. The linen needs changing and the towels as well.

Tiny apartment, great location

Very good location , 5 minutes from the beach and 10 from the old city. Convenient private parking spot. Apartment was really clean and the staff really nice, always trying to help and making us feel comfortable.

Lacking a lot of facilities like toaster or any possibility to make coffe or tea for breakfast. We wanted a double bed apartment. However when we arrived the room had to separated beds. They arranged them one next to the other that they are together, but there was no space left to the wall. So we always had to jump into the bed, which wasn't very convenient. Also not a lot of light coming into the apartment.

The place is really close to the beach and it has restourants near by. Kotor old town is also very close, 10 minute walk. The rooms were very clean, the place also had a terrace with a view. I stayed here only one night but I would definitely recommend this place for a vacation.

Very nice place in Kotor. It is situated justo on the promenade, approx 10 min walking to the Old Town and 3 min walking to the beach of Kotor. Several restaurants and pubs in front of the house. There is a garden with sitting for the customers. The host was very nice and helpful.

Great location and very kind host.

Mr. Halil is very hospitable and approachable. He even offered transport when we arrived to and left Kotor. Location is very close to tourist spots. It’s just few steps away from Kotor Bay and a playground for kids while 10 minutes walk to the Kotor Old Town. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The view from the terrace is relaxing (Seaside and Mountain view). We had a great stay in the apartment.
