The sea view from the apartment is picture perfect

It is located in the city outskirts and has very little options for food...there are some countable restaurants nearby which are very expensive

Perfect location with free parking, access to the sea, beautiful views.

The apartment is in the most perfect location, first in line to the sea with incredible views. The restaurant downstairs was another nice bonus! Close to everything without being in the madness of tourists, which we really loved. People running the place were really wonderful, very nice and many spoke various languages putting all guests in a comfy spot. Easy free parking. We’d go back and stay here in a heartbeat.

Apartment would benefit from adding a coffee mug and a mattress topper or something to make the old bed a little bit more comfortable. That said, if they didn’t do that we’d still come back. Location was that good.

Great place for a lazy stay by the sea

Good location - in front of the beach. A bit far from the city center, but plenty of restaurants nearby. There is also supermarket in 5 min. walking distance. Apartments were quite spacious, clean and comfortable. We were afraid of having noise from the restaurant on the first floor, but it was very quiet during night as well as in the morning.

No private parking - you have to park on the street, but usually there was enough places next to the small beach in front of hotel. Ten minutes before ten o'clock we cleaning lady arrived and reminded us to leave till 10.

Overall, we had a great vacation, all negative aspects can be fixed with very low investments by the hosts.

The facilities in the apartment are basic. Plates, vessel in very small number per apartment. No place to dry wet closes. We had a broken fridge in apt 1, which was not replaced during our stay, the light in bathroom in apt 5 was poor

Stunning view

The view was beautiful, looking at the entrance of Bay of Kotor. The room was fully equipped, so we got towels, blankets, toiletries, also the kitchen had everything we need for cooking. There is a parking space in front of the house, and a large parking lot 2minutes away by foot if the first one is occupied. The location is quite, peaceful, for a lovely stay to rest. There is a small beach in front of the house, and two large stone beaches. The best thing about this rental is a magical view in the morning when you dring coffee.

Lugar válido para visita a Kotor, pero instalaciones que acusan el paso del tiempo. Sin aparcamiento

La situación es muy buena. No queda cerca de Kotor (principal centro turístico) pero se puede ir en autobús urbano (aunque tiene unos horarios bastante caóticos).

Nos ha tocado quizás el peor apartamento del edificio: el ático, con tejado inclinado. La cocina es muy antigua. Los baños son relativamente antiguos aunque límpios. Pocas toallas de baño para los días de alojamiento. Hemos pagado en mano el precio pactado sin posibilidad de tarjeta, y sin recibir ningún recibo de pago. La televisión no funcionaba, porque el mando remoto estaba averiado. Lo comentamos a la llegada, lo recordamos al día siguiente, pero no nos dieron una solución, por lo que no teníamos televisión. Añadir que actualmente las "smart tv" son elemento de gran ayuda para no perder la comunición con tu pais de origen, o disfrutar en los apartamentos de tus series preferidas, al compartir los contenidos desde el móvil. Esto no fue posible. Hay aparcamiento delante,..., pero no es reservado, por lo que aparcar fuera de las primeras horas de la mañana o las últimas del día es difícil. Por otra parte, la amabilidad de los trabajadores ha sido muy buena. No eran los "dueños" del local, y no podían resolver las incomodidades, pero fueron dispuestos y amables.

Расположение - супер! Спасибо, что разрешили заехать чуть раньше запланированного времени.

Главная проблема, что внизу открытая терраса ресторана и каждый вечер до поздней ночи гости вынуждены слушать всё, что происходит внизу. А еще в комнате был очень нестабильный интернет.

Problem z parkingiem, czystość w kabinie prysznicowej i lodówce, wieczorami jest dość głośno a okna nie są szczelne. Ten obiekt czasy świetności ma już za sobą, chyba że w innych pokojach jest nieco lepiej. Byliśmy z dzieckiem i brakowało pościeli i poduszki dla jednej osoby

Kaldığımız odanın anahtarı yoktu. Bir önceki misafirin anahtarı alıp gittiğini paylaştılar. ( yeni anahtar yaptırma gereği bile duyulmamış) konaklama hizmetinden ziyade alt katta işlettikleri restaurant ile ilgilendikleri çok belli. Apartman girişi restaurant çalışanlarının sigara içme alanı. Apartmana girişinde yıkadık çarşafları astıkları alandan giriş tapıyorsunuz. Odalar pis. Çarşaflar ütüsüz ve temiz yıkanmadığı belli kokuyordu. Booking birçok yerde kaldık böyle bir yerle karşılaşmadık. Tuvalet banyo rezalet. Küçük bir mutfak tezgahı var dolap kapağı kırık ve kenarda duruyor. Çatal kaşık var ama bir yıldır yıkanmamış gibi. Booking de olmayı hak etmeyen bir yer.

מלון מצויין וממוקם מעולה, ממש על החוף. לקחנו 4 חדרים עבור שתי משפחות ויצאנו מאוד מרוצים. מנהל המלון עשה הכל כדי לעזור לנו כולל הנחה במחיר עבור אטרקציות באיזור. למלון גם מסעדה מצויינת במחירים טובים.

Идеальная локация, спокойный заезд, пляж и пирс, вид из окна. Нам очень понравилось!

Я бы добавила немного вещей для комфорта: масло в бутылке на кухне, и пару мелочей для готовки, пару мешков для мусора, еще одну простынь для раскладного кресла, может, сушилку для белья. Но даже без этого всего было замечательно!

Leuke locatie, kamers niet erg schoon en geluidshinder van het terras

De locatie is fantastisch met een prachtig zicht op de zee en een terras op de kade voor de deur.

De kamer die we hadden gereserveerd was al ingenomen dus kregen we een andere kamer toegewezen. Deze was echter niet gepoetst en de afwerking liet op sommige plaatsen te wensen over. De eigenaar hield 's nachts een feestje met zijn vrienden op het terras waardoor we zeer slecht hebben geslapen.

Prima prijskwaliteit verhouding

Het uitzicht op de baai van Kotor zittend op het terras. Minder druk dan Kotor en Tivat. Het eten is van goede kwaliteit !

In het appartement is weinig keukengerei aanwezig en de douche lekt.

Un cobertor que apenas alcanzaba a cubrir la cama!! Un rollito de papel higiénico ( y no muy bueno) para 3 dias. Y no nos quisieron cobrar con tarjeta, tuvimos que pagar en efectivo.

Yeni bir işletme. Çalışanlar gayet güler yüzlü ve cana yakınlardı Türk garsonu var giderseniz yardımcı olur. Sahibi çok tatlı bir bayan. Manzarasına hayran kaldık. Eşyalar biraz eskiydi ama sanki böyle tertemiz ananeler olur ya onun evine gitmiş gibi hissettirdi çok temizdi içerisi gidenlere tavsiye ederim.
