• The owner was friendly and welcoming. • There’s free public parking available in front of the main road, which is convenient.

Needs Improvement: • The property is not located directly on the main road, and our room was on the second floor — quite inconvenient if you’re carrying luggage. • I chose this place mainly because of the washing machine, but unfortunately it wasn’t working. We couldn’t dry our clothes, and there were already some clothes left inside with an unpleasant smell. • The toilet had a strong odor and needs better cleaning. • At first, I thought the unit had two bedrooms, but that was my mistake for overlooking the listing details. I usually stay quiet when I don’t like a room, but this time I felt it’s fair to share honest feedback. I’m not giving a bad rating because I believe the place still has potential — it just needs some maintenance and attention to cleanliness.

Beautiful location close to the Old Town, spacious, quiet with helpful hosts and parking.

Very spacious, comfortable,quiet, clean and beautiful location near the water out of the main busy old town with restaurants nearby. Host very helpful and parking convenient.

Some coffee and tea supplies would have been nice and shampoo etc

Nice, simple, friendly. Just OK !

It is a good location, you can walk into the old town in 15mins and you are right next to the small beach, with bars and restaurants at your doorstep. The owners were lovely, and responsive to messages.

If we had paid more, we would have been very disappointed with the apartment we had - but I guess you get what you pay for. It was very dated, facilities like the cooker and shower just about worked, and the WiFi connection was too slow. We had expected some sort of view but we were surrounded by buildings - I guess your stay depends on which apartment you are given. We didn’t have anywhere to sit in the evenings to enjoy the location (apart from the bars).

Barely enough

The staff was really helpful. The view was very pretty from the balcony. It is 5-10 mins walk to a nice and small beach.

The parking slots dedicated to the aparts were always full. We parked at the free street parking tho the staff helped us. The furniture is old and the bathroom is smelly. Internet is so unstable, it might have been better if it never existed so we would actually think of a solution. If you need a stable Internet connection for working or sth you should find your own solution. The kitchen equipment was not sufficient to cook anything good. I didn't get the big number of great reviews. For me the positives were the view, location and the staff but the rest was just bad or barely enough

Ok for a short stay

Great location and friendly staff. The standard room is ok for a short stay.

Our standard room had a funny smell and didn’t feel as comfortable as we would have liked. Kitchen wasn’t very well equipped and the washing machine didn’t work. Wifi is not good, you have to keep switching between wifi networks. The towels were poor quality and did not dry you properly.

Never got to meet the owner only on last day to collect cash the beds were like sleeping in cardboard box small bed was damp over all the whole place was dated and needs updating could do with new towels and bedding and beds wi fi very bad

Very nice, very quiet. :)

Someone was here to meet us and no payment was requested until we left. Kitchen unit was nice and we saved money on meals and the host was great.

Beds were lagging in support, there was no cable and the washer was broken but the host allowed us to use their washer and dryer while we were here for three days.

Clean,comfortable accommodation in ideal location

Nice apartment in the best location. The owner was so thoughtful and kind, he gave us the best welcome and it was good to know he was there if we needed anything. Thank you. Sea view apartments had a great view. Lounge area was comfortable. Bathroom a good size and a good powerful shower.

Nice play to stay a couple of days, spacious and well located

Big apartment, beautiful places near by and waterfront. We didn’t meet the staff but there was no issue at all. Parking is right on site. Bathroom sink had a little issue

Super friendly staff, perfectly located apartments (barely a 5-10 minute walk into Old Town), and even closer to the water & the beach. Best of both worlds as it’s in a calm area, but close enough to go to the vibrant old town! Comfy beds & nice view on the water. Would definitely recommend!

Apartment is with perfect location. It is normal looking, not new but clean. Value for money. Not far from old town by foot. Near the sea and tge room had sea view. Owner is very helpful giving all suggestions for food, visit, etc.

Location is amazing. Apartment is located just on the 1st line street - go downstairs and get to the bay in less than in 1 minute. From the balcony there is a view (picture is real). Bed linens and towels are clean. Strong wifi signal. Apartments manager is very friendly and open to help :-)

Equipment inside apartment is not new. But it does not matter if you see the water from your balcony :-)

The location is great and the apartment is well-equipped with what we need for our stay

The host met us and gave us the key and orientation in the property. The apartment is well equipped and very close to the beach and city centre.

No shower curtains so we have to mop the spashes off the shower.

The apartment is ideally located with old town and kotor beach an easy ten minute walk away and supermarket, restaurants and bars all close by. The host was exceptional and went out of his way to assist us with our onward travel

The aircondition was dirty, we had to clean the filters. Accomodation would require some renovations. Parking is on the street in front of the house ie depends on wheter you find a spot or not.

great location and an accomodating host

The host Halil was fantastic, we needed washing done and completed this however while we were out it started to rain, and he moved our clothes inside. He was always there for any of our needs, also all good restaurants were in easy walking distance

Incredible view with highest level of comfort and hygiene

Property was very clean and comfortable. It was one of the best properties that I’ve ever seen. The view of the property was absolutely incredible.
