The owner and his team genuinely could not have been more friendly and helpful. Location on the waterfront was amazing, sitting eating dinner and looking out over the water was incredibly relaxing, and the food was great.

If I was being picky I would say that food service was a bit slow, I suspect short staffed. But the personalities completely made up for it, and you're on holiday, so what's the rush?

This was one of the highlights of our road trip through Montenegro and, without a doubt, one of the best accommodation choices we made. The host was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely kind, welcoming and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great stay. He was very communicative and helpful throughout our visit and always happy to assist. His warmth and interaction made the apartment feel much more like a home than just a place to stay. The location was simply perfect for us. We wanted to visit Kotor and enjoy the coast without staying in the middle of the crowds, and this was exactly what we were looking for. It is incredibly close to Kotor, while offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Most importantly, the apartment is practically right on the water, with what felt like a private beach for the residents. We could swim, sunbathe and relax just a few steps from our room, with beautiful views across the Bay of Kotor, and the mountain. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, with variety and the possibility to customise it according to our preferences. The towels, for bath and for the beach, were also provided with great care. The location made it possible to enjoy the best of the area. We went on a boat trip to the Blue Cave, swam right in front of the apartment, visited Kotor Old Town and enjoyed several walks around the area. The restaurant of the residence is also right by the water, making it a wonderful place to have a meal, relax in the sun and enjoy the incredible views of the bay. This apartment was a wonderful surprise and probably the accommodation that best captured everything we loved about Montenegro: beautiful nature, the sea, incredible views, peace and, above all, genuinely warm and welcoming people. We couldn't have made a better choice.

Restaurant was very pricey!

The location is excellent, very convenient and easy to access. The restaurant terrace with a sea view is beautiful, especially the outdoor area of the hotel, which is very pleasant to spend time in. At reception, a young lady helped us with check-in and she was very kind and friendly.

The people who seemed to be the owners (an older man and woman) did help us, but their attitude was not very welcoming. The room was clean, but you could clearly see the wear and tear from age: stained walls and an air conditioning system that was too weak to cool the main room properly. Overall, the condition of the room does not match the high price, especially when compared to other hotels in the area that are in better shape and offer more.
