Promenade Rose

The views, location and host are the highlight of this stay - regardles the rather basic equipment and small bathroom, this stay is one of the best we have ever been. To have sea and private beach couple of steps away is luxury in my opinion. Host Ceca is the sweetest soul ever and really made our stay as lovely as possible.

As the building is probably older, it is not soundproof at all - the restaurant bellow had life music (until 2 AM) and we could hear it so loudly, we couldn’t get a rest. Keep in mind if travelling with small children.

The apartment was lovely, clean and had a great view. The beach in front was also great and the area gets plenty of sun. There are bikes, kayaks and paddle boards to rent. The host took great care of us for our birthday trip, very kind woman! Would recommend this apartment and would stay again. Market 1 min away, restaurants close by and bus stop for Blue Line Bus is near to get into the old town.

Fantastic location with breathtaking views and within walking distance to Old Town and sea ports. Ceca was welcoming and super helpful with information, directions and support in getting around Kotor.

The views are outstanding. Truly exceptional. The mountains surrounding you are amazing. I could hear the guests above, but overall was a quiet property, not a lot of guests staying at the time. The surrounding area was quiet for the most part also. It was nice to be just slightly outside of the touristy areas. Very easy to walk to attractions and restaurants. The host was incredibly kind, and very easy to communicate with.

The check in was a slightly unorganized compared to other check ins I have had. But was sorted fine. The pictures advertised do look better on the site, than in person. There truly is so much potential with this property. Decor and furniture is a little dated, sort of lacking and not very inviting. The bathroom is incredibly small, and shower isn’t the greatest, just very tight. Everything just seemed a little on the basic side for the cost of the stay. But you are mainly paying for the views. Even though it was chilly when I stayed (October) I was on the balcony most of the time. Internet is ok. Not strong in the bedrooms. There is a little market right there but it is over priced. Better to walk a little further to the main markets.
