The location and the view 5/5. Also, the host Svetlana is the soul of this place. She took care of us, always assisted us well and provided with everything we needed.

Gorgeous view, good location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough so you can walk. Nice balcony

1. I made sure to message property and specifically ask to confirm whether there was a private parking spot we can use as we are driving our own car, to which the answer was yes. Upon arrival we were told by the lady checking us in (who was lovely ) that there actually is no parking and we actually had to drive off away from property and park next to a church. Now we had lots of bags and walking to the car 10 mins each way wasn't what we wanted, specifically why I chose that property was for the parking and view. 2. Property deal with cash only and actually don't register you or pay the tax on your behalf. When we arrived, the lady checking us in didn't speak English, but this wasn't her fault she tried her best. It is the hosts responsibility to let their guests know that they don't actually register their guests. Upon messaging the host after leaving, I only received " so you didn't pay city tax?" And then didn't get another response. Luckily we didn't run into trouble at the border, but could have easily. Owner should let guests know that this will be the case and they don't actually register guests like most properties do on booking.com 3. Balcony terrace was so dirty our feet were all black after walking around it so could have done with a clean

The balcony and the views across the bay - stunning! Private beach outside is lovely and the location is great. Wonderful restaurants nearby. They’re quiet during the day but do get busy and noisy in the evening - didn’t bother us as we eat late (and ate in the two closest).

The accommodation was clean but was very run down and needs renovation - holes in wall from old plug sockets, skirting boards were detached, kitchen and bathroom were a bit grotty. Felt a little uncomfortable on arrival, especially given the price! A little TLC would go a long way! The lady who welcomed us was overbearing and we felt like we were being watched a lot. She also came on to our balcony on the last morning to ask for payment and made us pay in cash. Some confusion over parking, it’s not included despite some reviews saying it was (I think it depends on who arrives first). However, there is free parking on the street about 150 yards away which suited us fine.

The views are outstanding. Truly exceptional. The mountains surrounding you are amazing. I could hear the guests above, but overall was a quiet property, not a lot of guests staying at the time. The surrounding area was quiet for the most part also. It was nice to be just slightly outside of the touristy areas. Very easy to walk to attractions and restaurants. The host was incredibly kind, and very easy to communicate with.

The check in was a slightly unorganized compared to other check ins I have had. But was sorted fine. The pictures advertised do look better on the site, than in person. There truly is so much potential with this property. Decor and furniture is a little dated, sort of lacking and not very inviting. The bathroom is incredibly small, and shower isn’t the greatest, just very tight. Everything just seemed a little on the basic side for the cost of the stay. But you are mainly paying for the views. Even though it was chilly when I stayed (October) I was on the balcony most of the time. Internet is ok. Not strong in the bedrooms. There is a little market right there but it is over priced. Better to walk a little further to the main markets.
