Lovely appartment, very comfortable beds, sofa etc and super hosts.

Very good host, who gave us lots of sightseeing advice, and checked we were enjoying ourselves. He even picked us up from the airport. The appartment is comfortable, modern, and it worked well for 2 couples.

The road noise is a bit annoying, but we still enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the sun.

Nice and cozy apartment in Kotor

The location was good. The apartment owner was very nice and helpful. The apartment has a nice & secured parking and a beautiful balcony.

Amazing!

We stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. From the very beginning, the family made us feel so welcome. They gave us great tips about where to go, what to see, and where to eat in Kotor. On top of that, their lovely mother even prepared coffee and cake for us — such a sweet and kind lady! On our last day we had a nice chat with her and even took a photo together. Please send her our warm regards! Mr. Rodinya was always ready to help and answered all our questions with great kindness, thank you so much for that. As for the apartment — it was simply perfect! We fell in love with it. The view, the comfort of the rooms, the thoughtful design — everything was amazing and everything we needed was provided. For those who enjoy walking, everything is within walking distance, and walking along the seaside makes time fly. This was actually our second time in Kotor. The first time we also stayed at a lovely place, but this apartment has now become our absolute favorite. If we come back to Kotor again, we will definitely stay here and will recommend it to everyone. They were always kind, warm, and helpful — even letting us leave our luggage after check-out. We are so grateful for the wonderful time we had here. Thank you for making our stay in Kotor unforgettable!

Great location for the beach, old town and restaurants. The owner and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable (we even got coffee and home made cake some days which was very nice).

It would have been nice to have a more private balcony and I think other rooms at Olive do have this, however this is a very minor point.

Rodinya our host was fabulous. He welcomed us on arrival and was constantly at hand to help in any way possible. He could not have done any more for us. As an added bonus his mother made us coffee and home made pastry for breakfast

Exactly what we needed.

It was very clean and the hospitality was excellent. The host was also very accommodating and helpful.

There was no visibility in the room to outside as we were on the ground floor. But I think there are options to pay for rooms with a balcony etc and I didn´t select this option.

The place was lovely, neat and tidy. Walking distance to the sea side, grocery shops and Old Town.

We got the sea-view room and every morning brings lovely sights of the picturesque view of Kotor. Such a beautiful place to visit! 🥰 Radonja and his parents were so hands-on, cheerful, accomodating and caring. They made sure that we got the best service during our stay. They served us coffee and delicious cakes. 😍 Radonja even gave us the map and pointed the must-to-visit landmarks which really guided us to explore and appreciate the old town of Kotor. ☺️ In addition, Radonja even booked our taxi going to cable car and to Tivat airport on our way back to London. How convenient and amazing isn't it? We will definitely be back in Kotor and book Olive Apartment once again. 💯 They deserve 10/10 excellent service!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful views, very comfortable apartment, perfect location, helpful & lovely host -just book it!

The moment I saw the magical view of the bay and the mountains from my lovely big terrace I asked to extend from 4 nights to 8 and wish it could have been longer. Apartments Olive ticked every box for me and I can't recommend it highly enough! Super comfortable mattress, great pillows, quiet location - I slept better than anywhere else in the past 6 weeks travelling. Radonja is such a caring and generous host, he gave me excellent advice on local restaurants, day trips and a must see and do list that made my trip extra special. He arranged for fresh coffee & treats to be sent to my room in the morning if I wanted, but if I didn't want to be disturbed then I had my own privacy and space completely to myself. Travelling solo, it was good to know my host was happy to help with anything at all I needed eg. he arranged for me to see his dentist for an emergency appointment and drove me there next day. The location is perfect with a 2 minute walk to a lovely spot where I swam every day next to a small beach club with great coffee & sunset drinks- away from the busier tourist area, but close enough to stroll along the bay to Old Town anytime.

Great people that really help a lot. We got even the city map in our language. Some drinks from house. Very clean. Everithing was really amazing i can say that from our balcan trip which we had around 7 hosts this was the best by far. Keep going like that, your the best!

Best apartments in town

We spent an unforgettable vacation in beautiful Kotor. We travel a lot, but Olivе apartments is one of the best places where we could stay! An incredibly hospitable host, who told about the city, showed the sights of Kotor on the map, and treated us to delicious coffee. The apartments are very nice, cozy and clean, there is heating and we easily dried our clothes after the rain (this is a great option for a winter visit). Well located rooms and very comfortable beds, windows to the floor overlooking the sea. We will definitely come again! Thank you so much!

Great location, lovely owners

Very clean and modern apartment with a nice view, lots of storage space, big kithen and comfortable, modern bathroom. Good location, only 3min walk to the see and about 15-20 min walk threw a lovely promenade to the Kotor old town. Close to supermarket, bakery and numerous good restaurants. Super friendly owners that go out of their way to make you comfortable, you feel more like visiting relatives than staying in an apt.

The only tiny minus is the busy street that separates the apartment from the see, but you didn't hear any noise inside, only a bit on the terrace.

Exceptional stay

We originally stayed at the Olive apartments for 3 nights and enjoyed it so much that we returned to Kotor later in our trip and stayed for another 2 nights. We stayed in the top floor apartment which was beautiful. Everything was brand new, exceptionally clean and the layout of the apartment was perfect, making us feel completely relaxed and at home. The bedroom was really cozy with a large comfortable bed and plenty of storage space for clothes. The bathroom was gorgeous with a brand new walk in shower with great water pressure/temperature and an excellent washing machine should you need to refresh any clothes. The living area had a spacious corner sofa which was ideal to chill out on after a busy day exploring, large TV, excellent Wi-Fi, a very well equipped kitchen and a large dining table and chairs if we wanted to prepare our own meals or eat in, the apartment had great air conditioning throughout. The best part of the apartment for us was the 2 wonderful balconies offering pretty much a complete view of the bay of Kotor, the mountains, the sea and of course the old town fortress. As beautiful as the apartment was, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the hospitality and personality of the hosts, Radonja and Cica, they were extremely welcoming and made us feel instantly at home. On arrival we were offered a cold drink from Cica and sat for a chat with her son Radonja who speaks excellent English, he talked to us about the town and where to find good beaches, food, bars, buses etc…., he gave us his mobile number and told us if we needed anything more to contact him via WhatsApp which was very helpful. They both looked after us very well and little added touches like bringing us coffee and pancakes to enjoy on the balcony was an additional surprise. If you are going to Kotor and are looking at this apartment, just book it, you won’t regret it. It’s a great apartment in a great location. Thank you again for a wonderful stay guys x

The apartment is with such a nice interior finishes, very clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The parking is always available. The seaside is close and a pleasant walk along side the sea up to Kotor old town. The host were very pleasant, even one evening after the long day at the beach we were welcomed with a bbq back in the apartment.
