Parking was a real challenge — there’s only one designated spot for all the apartments, so everyone else has to try their luck on the street. We arrived early and were fortunate to find a space right next to the building, although it was on the pavement in a bus stop beside a communal rubbish skip. The biggest issue for us was the lack of proper sleep. The sofa bed was extremely poor quality — flimsy, uncomfortable, and with no real support. Each time we moved, the sections shifted apart, making it impossible to rest properly. While the apartment was advertised as “luxury,” it would be more accurate to say it has been refurbished at some point but now needs attention. The décor and fittings are tired and worn. For example, the bathroom door had expanded, with panels and fittings held together by visible screws and tape. The shower leaked, leaving the bathroom floor flooded after each use.

A decent place to stay in Kotor, a 20 min walk to Old Town

The apartment was quite new & modern and it was very clean when we arrived. There's a decent kitchen with all the amenities you need for cooking and a good bathroom.

The bed was a pull out sofa which was quite stiff and uncomfortable. Also, when pulled out, it took over most of the room so the space became very tight. Parking was a bit hassle to find but we were lucky :)

The apartment is in a great location by the coast, near the old town beach and nearby shops, the hosts were great and very helpful, I would also recommend this place to everyone! We will be happy to come back again

Good value for money, if you get a discount deal

Our overall stay was good at this apartment. We had a little bit of an issue during check-in, but after that the hosts were very responsive. We had issues with our TV - host came and fixed in an hour or so. We got a welcome chocolate for our kiddo and a cold wine for us, which was exactly what we needed at that moment. Apartment is in good location - near some fast food and "normal" restaurants, short walk to the beach. It has all the basic things to prep some simple food for you, if you don't want to go out. Back-side of the property is relatively calm as you don't really hear street noise that much. Simple, but nice balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun.

The communication with the hosts was not the easiest. I tried reaching out to them some days before the trip to clarify some questions that I had and the answer was always: "Contact us 1 day before". And the answers where very short, which made me feel like the hosts were not really interested in us staying with them. But later I realized that this was mainly due to the language barrier. Once we arrived - nobody picked up the phone. So we had to chase people for around 20min before somebody came and greeted us. Some nights something in the bathroom (either toilet or sink or both) were leaking, so we had a wet floor. I would also suggest to get more hooks in the bathroom where to put your clothes, towels etc. The lid on the toilet seat was also missing, which meant we had to be very careful when putting the things on the shelf above the toilet as they could easily fall in.

Overally, good location and host but, We were booked for 4 nights but only had one toilet roll, never had a bedding change, no detergent for washing machine, no basics like salt/pepper, sugar/tea, tissue. Tv channels are all in their home language, no access to netflix etc or even world news.

The house is just a 10 minutes walk from the old town of Kotor. The bedroom and the bathroom were clean and we found every kitchen supply we needed. Jasmin was helpful and always reachable by phone.

Place next to the sea

The apartment is situated 250 meters from the becah. The old city is 1km away and it could be reached by pleasent walk by the sea. You can find free parking space in the vicinity.

Although apartments are well organized and newly decorated, I found this decoration a bit out of style.

The apartment had all the materials we needed. the owner of the apartment was a caring and good person. The apartment was very close to the sea, markets and fast food. You can walk to the old town. The minibus route also passes in front of the house. A place I would choose if I was to come again.

Convenient and clean.

The host's number was on a notice in the lobby so I rang & she told me the room was unlocked and the key inside - so this was easy. The room was big enough it was clean the bathroom with shower was fine. Wifi was also fine. The location was perfect - 2 minutes to the beach and 10-15 minutes to the Old Town.

The so-called sofa bed did not turn into a bed. My son slept on this and it was OK but we had expected a sofabed.

The host cancelled the apartment as we arrived. He moved us to another property for the two nights. At 9 pm that night he then said we had to move again the next day. He promised to refund some money but that didn't happened. Proceed with caution!

- very unfriendly host, he tried to sell a boats tour all the time - it was not clean - bed & bathrooom were not clean, we had to ask for cleaning the toilet - not good beaches in the near
