Needs a woman’s touch

Modern, free parking, very nice host, door locks operated smoothly, laundry capabilities. Host supplied a microwave and memory foam in response to feedback.

Doesn’t really have a complete kitchen- missing basics like a spatula, for example, and is very difficult to cook in as a result. Couch and bed were both very hard, requiring foam topper. Shower is pretty small and bed only has access on one side. Not a single piece of art on the wall so it feels sterile. Towels were like sandpaper.

All the apartment was confortable and the view was great. Nice & cosy. The owner helped us with registration and all the info we need for our staying.

On the balcony is good to have an umbrella because of the powerful sun. On the lobby is good to have a hats hanger and a shoe shelf.

Good value apartment

This is a lovely apartment. It has a nice balcony with a little clothes line and 2 chairs and a table. It’s very modern and only a short walk to the water. There is parking available right out the front. The host Milo’s is great and very responsive. The apartment is spacious with a lounge and dining table.

A small negative is that the bedroom is not very wide so the bed is against the wall on one side.

Cozy and comfortable, easy to walk anywhere

Such a great place, honestly exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and had pretty much everything we needed: the full-equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer, stove, electric kettle and all the tableware, comfortable couch, air conditioner, great WiFi, and even a washing machine. There's a balcony with a table and backyard view, and it's a lovely place to have a lunch or spend an afternoon. The location's also great, very close to the beach, with a shop and a bakery nearby, and the town center's within a walking reach. Miloš is a great host, very friendly, speaks many languages, always reachable and ready to help. Would 100% recommend to anyone, and would be happy to stay here again ourselves next time we come to Kotor. Thanks!

The bed might take some getting used to - not sure if it's too hard, or too soft, or something, but the first couple nights it was rather hard to sleep on and gave a bit of back pain, for both me and my wife (can't say we're demanding in this matter - been to many rooms and hotels, and generally never have any issues). But might be just us, and also there's a very comfortable couch, which doesn't have these issues, so the problem was quickly gone.

The apartment was spacious and wifi was good. The hosts were lovely and helpful. They responded to requests promptly and were happy to help.

A sign showing where the host (reception) is would have been useful. It was hard to find. The towels could have been softer. There were hard and not nice to use. It wasn’t clear on Booking.com that payment would be in cash.

Very hospitable and pleasant owners, everything you need

The owner Milos and his son were really nice and provided with everything needed! I travelled with my 10 mo old daughter and they had the bed, high chair and place to wash her - all provided especially for us upon request! The bed was comfortable, the ac was a life saver, it was quite spacious for me and her! Even my mother stayed with us one night. It is really close to the beach and seafront. Thank you for everything!

The beach at the seafront close to the apartment had a bit of an unpleasant smell so it was risky for me with a baby to swim there. But that has nothing to do with the apartment. However, we couldnt swim close by, we had to go a bit further away. Other than that everything was perfect!

The apartment was just wonderful, clean and cozy, 3 min away from the sea, walking distance from the old city in Kotor (15 min). The host is very friendly, he has a boat and gave us a private tour of Kotor bay for a reasonable price. We highly recommend this accommodation 🙂

Very nice apartment, few steps from the beach and 20 minutes pleasant walk from the old town. Nice furniture and well equipped kitchen. The host was very helpful and polite! You could ask him to arrange some activities for you.
