Easy to find and the property looks new and cosy similar like the pictures. Parking are in the fronts of the buildings and balcony quite spacious. It was comfortable for 3 of us and nice view from the balcony.It is short drive 5minutes to Old town Kotor

Nice view but location is a bit noisy

It was very easy to check in and out due to the key box. Nice view from the apartment, a bit of a walk to the closest shops and into Kotor town, we enjoyed the walk though. It was a spacious apartment.

We didn't like the basketball court underneath the apartment building, it was busy during weekends AND on school days. The bathroom looked nice but the tap was loose, the space between the sink and to get in to the shower is quite narrow, so if you're not skinny it might be a problem. We never met the host, our only contact was through Whatsapp, I had to ask THEM when they wanted the payment because I had read reviews before our arrival that they can collect it quite aggressively by banging on door in the morning. Payment got done by the housekeeper which seemed a bit unprofessionally. Over all not a super clean apartment, might be because of former guests not doing the dishes thoroughly enough though. The payment stated it would include the city/visitor tax, when I asked the host if they had paid it - it wasn't paid, honestly felt a little tricked.

Great modern apartments in an amazing, quiet location for relaxing, swimming and eating

The location was great. It was a 30 min walk to Kotor, going up the hill to reach the accommodation was a challenge everyday but good exercise. The view from our apartment was exceptional and you can stare at the mountains and Kotor bay from the terrace. There is a local cafe, multi sports shop with a cafe, and great restaurants that line Dobrota Riva Promenada at the bottom of the hill. Multiple supermarkets nearby so allowed us to cook breakfast. There are many tour companies that sell boat tours along the harbour and for very good value. Definitely recommend the Bkue Cave Tour. Location is perfect for exploring nearby other towns like Tivat, Perast and Hercev Novi. Room is clean and modern. Abundant supply of towels. Linens provided even for the sofa bed. There are kitchen utensils, sink, plates, mugs and glasses for you to use. There was no receptionist upon arrival, but we had clear instructions how to get the key for the apartments. The property is only accessible via code or key card. And apartments are accessed via keycard.There is an elevator which is convenient. Quiet location. We booked a private 2 way transfer from Podgorica airport to Binita residence for a smooth travel. Definitely recommend this accommodation!

When we booked we were told they could only take Cash payments as card machine is not working. We never pay cash on travel accommodations so this was new. Our stay is 5 nights for 7 people so we had to carry a lot of cash which was not ideal. I was regularly in contact with the owner and he was very responsive. A staff member knocked at our apartment to take the cash payment but they had no ID to verify themselves. I had to call the owner again to make sure it is the person they sent to collect the payment as we certainly did not want to give it to the wrong person. We are not used to this kind of process so we were a bit on edge. I asked the owner for a receipt to acknowledge the cash payment which he promptly sent. And in the end payment was all good and change was left in our locker, but had to message about the change again as the staff who collected the cash did not make it clear they will leave it on our locker. And from the other reviews, paying by cash in Montenegro is the norm! The hallway music is a bit loud, we can hear it at night when everything is quiet. Other than the room: Buses in Kotor are hard to navigate. No timetable or live status at the bus stops, you just hope it comes at some point which you dont know how long. I believe they come every hour and every 2 hrs on Sundays. Best to ask the locals which we did, to ask when the bus will come. The alternative is to take a taxi but make sure you are clear on the price before getting on.

Would stay again!

Very clean and new apartment. Had everything we needed to cook ourselves a dinner. Great balcony with a nice view. Building had an elevator which made it easy to handle our luggage. Plenty of room for parking and it was for free. Easy check-in. Nice staff and great communication. Shower gel in the bathroom. I highly reccommend!

I suggest to buy a kettle to make boiling water easier. During the night there was music playing in the hallway, which was a bit too loud for us. It was a music playing from the building speakers not by the neighbours.

Amazing apartment with views worth millions

Everything is perfect 1. Location: the view from.balcony worth everything ( You can see Kotor and all big cruise ships passing by) There is supermarket few min walking as well local eatery (eats Joe/Dzo) and very good bakery (Sandrela) Nice small beach is 15min walking and Kotor Old Town as well 20 min walking by the sea 2.Apartment: very big, bed is super comfy,as it's newly built have good AC,good night curtains -so you could sleep comfortably when outside is 30c+ 3.Kitchen have everything you need 4.living area with Netflix and etc. 5.Communication: really great, check in as well very smooth

Nice apartment with minor flaws

The apartment was nicely furnished and had everything we needed, including a lot of kitchen utensils. We made easier meals, like bolognese; the kitchen was perfect for that. The location was very good and we had a nice view of the sea from the balcony. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and wide.

In my opinion the whole building was constructed a bit poorly, the walls were very thin and we could hear everything happening in the building. Also there were strange noises during the night, as though the noise was coming from the walls. The cleanness of the apartment was questionable, the floors and the kitchen was a bit too dirty for my taste

Nice place to stay for its price.

There are new fresh apartments with new equipment. It's a quiet place far from noisy roads. Near the apartments, there are many parking spaces if you travel by car. Easy to get keys and easy check-in/checkout process.

1. Only one key card for the apartment. It is very inconvenient when someone has to leave the apartment and someone stays inside. It is impossible to enter the apartment without a key, but if take the key with you others stay without the lights. 2. We have some troubles with hot water. Sometimes there is no hot water in the evening and in the morning. You need to wait a certain amount of time to get the hot water running. 3. It's nice to have some towels in the kitchen. 4. View from window. We got a room with no sea view, but the view was to the mountains and to the unfinished construction site. Also, there is a lot of trash under the balcony at the residence territory. It's better to clean up it and finish the territory construction.

Neuf , moderne , spacieux, facilité de se garer et d’accès à la résidence.

Insonorisation avec les autres logements et avec l’extérieur (résidence collée à une école primaire donc cris d’enfants). La musique dans le couloir etait constamment en marche et bien trop forte. Odeurs d’égout dans la salle de bain.

Apartment in guter Lage

Gut möbliertes Apartment in guter Lage. Parkplatz vor dem Haus vorhanden. Internetverbindung war gut. Der Kontakt vor der Anreise mit den Infos zur Schlüsselübergabe war gut.

Duschtür lieblich nicht schließen; Toilettenbrille defekt. Beides war offensichtlich und hätte vorher bemerkt werden müssen. Trotz Reklamation hat man sich nicht gekümmert. Bei Ankunft war das Geschirr im Schrank teilweise schmutzig; in der Mikrowelle stand ein verdeckter Teller. Zur Übergabe der Bezahlung, die nur bar möglich war, erschien ein vermutlich Hausmeister, der weder englisch noch eine andere Fremdsprache sprach und das Geld plus Tax entgegen nahm. Eine Quittung gab es nicht. Pässe zur Registrierung wurden auch nicht verlangt. Außerdem wäre erwähnenswert, dass unterhalb des Balkons ein Basketballfeld liegt und dort von früh (07:30h - Schulkinder) bis spät (Mitternacht - Jugendliche) spielen. Dieser Umstand hat für uns jedoch nicht zu den Punktabzügen geführt.
