Der Gastgeber ist fantastisch, über whatsapp immer erreichbar, konnte bei jeder Frage sehr schnell helfen, hat viele tolle Tipps gegeben und Kontakte hergestellt.
Die Lage, das Haus im Ortsteil Dobrota, liegt direkt an einer von 3 parrallel verlaufenden viel befahrenen Straße Richtung Kotor in der obersten Hanglage, viel Verkehrslärm auch Nachts. Und ganz wichtig, man muss gut zu Fuss sein, wenn man sich kein Auto mietet, muss man alles erlaufen oder versuchen ein Taxi zu bekommen, war auch nicht ganz einfach, und dann geht es in den Ort bergab und zurück nur bergauf, z. T. über viele viele Treppen. Von den Wegstrecken her ist das alles gut machbar, aber im August waren es knapp 40 Grad, da geht man erst aus dem Haus, wenn die Sonne weg ist. Um sich tagsüber in der Wohnung aufzuhalten, fehlt es ein wenig an Ausstattung wie bequeme Terrassenmöbel mit ausreichend sauberen Auflagen. Wir, Eltern mit Teenager, sind da an unsere Grenzen gekommen, weil man keine Rückzugsmöglichkeit hat, da nicht in allen Räumen eine Klimaanlage ist.

The location is perfect, close to the Kotor old town and not over-crowded.
And the hospitality is exemplary - for dumb tourists like me who barely find the apartment door - Slobodan is the savior.

Lovely apartment with a good sized outside space on the terrace, it had everything we needed. 40 minutes walk to Kotor old town along the sea front or 25 along the road. 5-10 minutes to a nice shingle beach area down the stairs in front of the apartment. Good size supermarket 5-10 minutes walk.
The owner was very helpful and arranged my airport transfers. He also sent us information about local markets and trips etc.
The only negatives were the apartments being built below and the noise from the road.
