The location is amazing right on the bay, open the door and into the water. If you are looking NG hn location this is it.Jovana was so lovely and helpful, couldn’t praise this place enough.

Amazing view, lovely host!

Amazing view, lovely host! This place was very clean and especially with a child it was our priority. One room has an amazing sea view but the other room is like a spare one, still not bad. If you are going there as 2 couples or need 2 separate bedrooms I highly recommend this place. Balcony view is amazing, worth all money! Only watchout, it’s not very close to oldtown, took more than 30 min to walk there however you’re walking by the sea, can’t complain :)

Perfect location, apartment is cosy, clean and well equipped, the balcony and the view are perfect. Dijana and Jovana are perfect hosts, helpful and available if you need them, other than that very discrete.

The view is amazing, you watch the sea and the sunrise without getting up from your bed. It was like I was at home.

The host was super friendly and kind. She prepared us some dinner since we reached the property late at night and no restaurants are open. The house is super clean, I would definitely prefer anyone to stay over there. The house got all the things required with the best sea views.

Beautiful view from the balcony, it was a pity to leave. To Kotor walk about 30 minutes. On the way, you can stop at a restaurant and have a good lunch. The owners - Mum and Daughter were very nice and helpful. We were able to arrive before the scheduled time. Everything was great. I highly recommend this place !!! THANK YOU :))))))

Great apartment, fabulous view, really nice location right on the water front. The old town and the city centre was a lovely little walk away, which was great because you are a bit sheltered from the most intense tourist crowds. The host's daugther greeted us on arrival and she was very sweet and helpful. If I ever return to Kotor, I will definetly book the same apartment.

Do not look for other places to stay in Kotor

everything was perfect. Even though we arrived late, we were welcomed at the door. The deficiencies we identified were met immediately. The car park was very safe and free of charge. Morning check-out flexibility was provided. Even a little longer time was provided for car parking. Thank you for everything.

We had an excellent stay and can recommend this apartment

The location of the apartment was perfect: across the street and you could go swimming everywhere, two good seafood restaurants within 50m and hosts who helped us with everything. They even moved their own car to make space for our rental car. Excellent value for money. Can recommend highly

It didn't bother us, but the bathroom arrangement might be an issue for some as it is out of the apartment. However, as you have the whole top floor at your disposal, it is definitely a private bath.

Amazing location, view, atmosphere! I would highly recommend this apartment.

The view from the master bedroom and lounge was directly over the Bay. Lovely patio with 4 chairs and coffee table. Stunning with a cool breeze. The location along the bay strip and below the main road was perfect. You could spend you whole holiday there and go nowhere else. It was a nice walk to Old Town along the bay- you dont have to go up to the main road. Amazing- It has its own garage! There were 2 good places to eat - one on either side. The owners live downstairs and were available if we needed them. They were there to meet us even though we were late. A washing machine and clothes line out the back.

The place is amazing - so these things are really just suggestions to make it better- we WOULD stay here again! The lounge is covered but could be replaced. Some clutter could be removed. The shower is hand held and could have a wall mount. The spare fridge in the kitchen could be removed to give more space and the back bedroom can be a bit hot as the AC is only in the lounge.

Dijana as well as her two Daughters were very kind and helpfull! Very clean apartment, with balcony almost hanging over the Kotor Bay 😁. This is all you may need for having a great time! Another plus -we were allowed to park car in the garrage which was great considering extreme heat outside. Simply fantastic!
