Working theme was great at communication and very helpful and sent out useful checking information as soon as we booked the apartment. Apartment was easy to find. It had a private parking spot and fantastic sea view.
All the previous comments state that there is no AC in the room owner actually installed. Additional units, so that was very helpful.
