Cozy

Good location, almost infront to the beach and just 25 min walk to the old town of kotor. It was very well equipped, and Andrea (the host) was very responsive to all of our needs.

Excellent property, stunning area, great food and comforable weather in late September.

The apartment is in a good location for Kotor right next to the bay with an excellent restaurant at the end of the street. It’s a 40 min walk to the old town and there is free parking. We were given excellent advice on our arrival to ensure we got here safely and ensure ease of access to the apartment. The property is modern, well appointed and very clean with nice extras like coffee pods and washing and cleaning items left for our use.

Nothing! We were very happy with it! Kotor is still busy and the old town can be full of tourists but it’s manageable at this time of year as we are late in the season. Everything is open this week end of Sept but maybe this is the last week for some of the restaurants. There are not really ‘beaches’ but small areas on the edge of the water or concrete pontoons where you can sunbathe. The roads into the town can be very busy.

Paradise! 😍

Amazing apartment 20 meters away from the beach, spotless clean. Check in was so easy, and the host was kind and helped us with all the information we needed. Parking also available on the site. Strong wifi and comfortable bed, its a very quiet area. Market and 3 restaurants next to accomodation where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner with sea view. Kitchen is also fully equiped, with balcony where you can sit in the shade and enjoy your coffee. Morning walk next to the sea is so relaxing because this is one of the most beautiful parts of the bay. 10/10 would recommend and come back again!

Incroyable

Je recommande 100%. L’appartement est bien situé sur la baie de Kotor et à 30 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Ce qui permet de ne pas s’embêter avec la voiture. L’appartement est très confortable et dispose de tout le nécessaire même plus. Andrea est géniale, disponible et très gentille. Nous avons passé une excellente séjour

Csodás apartman, gyönyörű helyen.

Nagyon csodás, tiszta lakás, pár lépésre a tengerparttól. Szomszédságában éttermek, kisbolt. Kotor óvárosa félórás sétával elérhető. Kényelmes francia ágy, és kanapé. Minden szükséges berendezéssel, géppel felszerelt apartman. Hangulatos a terasz. Pipere cikkek és főzéshez szükséges alapvető kiegészítők, fűszerek, kávé, stb. Ingyenes parkolás. Nagyon kedves és segítőkész tulajdonos hölgy. Szuperül éreztük magunkat, jó szívvel ajánljuk. ❤️😊

Unterkunft in toller Wohngegend in der Nähe des Meeres

Die Bilder zeigen das Appartement sehr authentisch. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer schönen Wohngegend und wir hatten auch mit dem Parken des Autos vor der Unterkunft im Mai nie Schwierigkeiten. Das Meer wenige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt ist sehr schön und der weg nach kotor somit ein herrlicher Spaziergang. Es gibt viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend, gastfreundlich und umsorgend, so dass sie uns immer wieder auch Informationen während des Urlaubes zukommen ließ, die für uns wichtig sein könnten (Feiertage, geschlossene Geschäfte, usw.) Es war auch recht unkompliziert möglich, die Unterkunft für 2 tage zu verlängern, was für uns toll war, um keine neue Unterkunft suchen zu müssen. Zu Beginn hatten wir auch Getränke und eine Süßigkeit im Kühlschrank als Willkommensgruß, worüber wir uns sehr freuten.

Wir waren insgesamt 13 Nächte in der Unterkunft und daher wären viele Dinge für uns praktisch gewesen, die leider nicht vor Ort waren. Beispielsweise fehlten im Schlafzimmer Ablagemöchlichkeiten oder Haken an Wand oder Türe, Kleiderständer und ähnliches um Gewand auch für einen längeren Zeitraum aufhängen zu können. Geschirrtücher in der Küche, ein Kleiderständer für gewaschene Wäsche oder auch mehr Besteck wären toll gewesen, um den Geschirrspüler tatsächlich auch mit Geschirr füllen zu können und nicht täglich abwaschen zu müssen, weil es eben nur sehr wenig davon gab. Der Geruch in der Toilette war auch sehr unangenehm, da sehr stark und auch mit Lüfter bzw. Duftspdender keine Besserung eintritt. Wenn man nicht selbst kocht oder frühstücken geht und nicht lange bleibt, ist das alles bestimmt gar kein Thema. Für 2 Wochen war es dann allerdings für uns doch störend, dass wir gewand, Rucksäcke usw. auch im Wohnzimmer deponieren mussten und wenig Ordnung möglich war auf Grund fehlender Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für Gewand usw. Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig und auch Hunde bellen oft nachts sehr laut in der Umgebung.

Tesis baştan sona yenilenmişti. Bu oldukça iyi. Özellikle banyo bizim hassas noktamız. Banyo çok temizdi. Mutfak ekipmanları yeterliydi. Balkonda oturmak da keyifli.

Konum olarak biraz zor bulduk ancak bulduktan sonra alıştık. Aracınız yoksa biraz zor, Kotor merkezine yakın değil.
