The “beach” in front of the place is really nice and they have a small market nearby.

The bathroom had a strong smell (I believe drain doesn't have the airlock to avoid the smeel) and I faced a shortage in hot water some days. Kotor town is close but not that much, it is at least 30 minutes walking.

The location is perfect! The sea is literally outside the hotel door. Beautiful view, beautiful sea and beautiful people. Not too crowded, locals are so friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect! The hostess was a very nice and helpful lady, she always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. And you don't have to use your car around town because everything is so close. For any question just ask any local or the hostess.

Nice flat but awful host

Worst host I've ever had in Montenegro. Rude, unfriendly, and always kept an eye on us. We were uncomfortable staying there. And on top of that we had a friend that just wanted to use our toilet and she rudely deny her. She is super strict and not accommodating. I will never come back and would not recommend to anybody.

Superb

The apartment is 10m from the sea and it looks like you have a private beach (dock). Very clean and cozy, also quiet in the evening. Half an hour from the downtown of Kotor by walk. Duška was very helpfull.

Disappointing

Localization

Hi. I would like to write a few unpleasant words about this apartment. For those who will stay in this place, I can assure you that the owner will be visiting your room while you rest by the water. We were there for 2 days and each time after returning to the room the window in the bathroom was open, even though I had left it closed and the blind was open, even though it was open. When asked why she entered the room, the owner said that she had to check that everything was ok. There was a problem with the leacking air conditioning in our room, but it is enough to say " I have to check if you are away and not walk into the room. There are my things, some quite expensive, I do not feel comfortable with it, when someone creeps in during my absence. I know that I will get an answer to this opinion, but for sure replay will not be from the owner because she does not speak English. As for the place itself, I have no objections, although I booked an apartment with terrace and sea view on booking.com and I got without a sea view because you had another apartment entered in your phone. I ordered from sea view and this is what I expect.

Everything 👍😁 we were very well treated and we also had nice pier to use to suntan. Would definitely recommend. Nice localisation, good restaurants, quite Rooms and very close to the Kotor.

Great location, right in front of the beach. With nice restaurants, bars, beach and some small markets nearby. The room was very clean and tidy

There were only 2 small sheets, i believe for a kids bed (it was shorter than a normal single sheet), instead of a double bed sheet, so i could not cover myself properly all night. And there was only one toilet paper. Would be great to keep some more in the bathroom

Le logement était pratique pour une nuit. Cependant nous ne serions pas restés plus longtemps.

La salle de bain avait une forte odeur désagréable malgré la fenêtre ouverte. La chambre que nous avons choisie n'a pas la terrasse vue sur mer malgré les photos que nous avons vu sur le logement. Faites bien attention à la chambre choisie si vous souhaitez la terrasse vue sur mer.

Отличное место на берегу моря.

Отличный номер в небольшом гостевом доме на берегу моря. очень приятная и гостеприимная хозяйка. Номер небольшой, но все соответствовало описанию. Рядом небольшой пляж с шезлонгами и много приятных ресторанов. До старого города можно пройтись вдоль моря около 30-40 минут, прогулка приятная и проходит незаметно, или можно проехать на такси примерно 5 евро. Возможно еще на автобусе, но мы в основном ходили пешком.
