Location is good we had a car and we were able to travel to Budva Perast Tivat. The house is big and comfortable for groups and employees are so helpful and friendly. Beds were soft and balcony enabled a good place to hangout at nights.

However, the house is not clean enough we didn’t feel comfortable using the bathroom and overall cleanliness of the house was just average.Yet we still had a good time. Also, there was not a big sea view there were two construction areas around the building as view.

Excellent

This was a very very lovely apartment, new, high standard, modern, cozy as it was facing the sea,the location is in Dobrota, a residential area,less noisy compared to staying in kotor old town that was rowdy .. its just 5mins drive into the kotor old town and 13mins walk to the beach and nearest restaurant was just 8mins walk away.. its better to swim around this area than kotor old town.. in all i give it 9/10

I would have given it a 10 but the main entrance to the building was faulty ,probably the glass was broken or something but it had nothing to do with the main flat, WiFi is fast yes but wasn’t getting into bedroom 2 as I had to always go to the sitting room to be able to access it.. but it could reach the other bedroom …

Excellent stay

The whole apartment is excellent, the beds were very comfy, we got some good sleep. Although I always have trouble sleeping when changing beds, this time I was sleeping without any problems. It isn't close to the sea but it has a view, also parking was free and included so a big big plus in Kotor. Would recommend!

Beautiful new apartment with a great view!

Beautiful new apartment! Nice and very clean spaces, great location and amazing view. 😊 Well equipped with everything we would possibly need. We loved everything! Also we could check out 3 hours later upon our request. Easy communication and instructions. We will come back for sure!

Thanks for everything to Maria for helping us. The room was clean and has lots of details you need. For example ironing, toaster.. The room was good for its price.

Water boiler’s system for bath was complicated. If you need hot water, the button should remain open. We learned it late.

The view from the balcony ( which is mainly advertised) is not quite the real one as it is somehow blocked, but this was not an impediment..

A great apartment if you’re happy with a walk to areas.

The facilities in the apartment were great such as a washing machine, kitchen and an iron. Apartment staff were very accessible through the app and WhatsApp.

Property was around a 35 minute walk from the old town, 45 minute walk from the coach station. Which was ok one way but there and back was a challenge in the summer heat. Definitely something to keep in mind when booking. However I’m sure with a closer apartment, you’d be paying a higher price!

Dare To Dream team is truly dedicated to their clients. Loved the attitude and preparation for the guests coming. The apartment was clean and had mostly everything one can need.

Lacked a bit a proper hairdryer and the iron, as ones we had were in poor condition, and there were no for the replacement, but hopefully for our visit they weren’t critical.

Nice new apartment

We liked that the apartment was new, spacious and very clean. We felt comfortable. It was equipped with all sorts of things in kitchen and bathroom. Right across the street to the location there was a beach with nice view and restaurants. Large parking lot with barrier. Good wifi.

The boiler didn't work for one day, so we didn't have hot water... The location was not the one provided here on maps, so we got lost at first. There is a 30-40 minutes distance to the old town, by feet. The view is not as shown in the pictures.... but overall we still liked the location.

Stanza ampia e accogliente, terrazza con vista sul fiordo. Peccato abbiano costruito una nuova palazzina davanti perché altrimenti sarebbe stato davvero pazzesco. Comodo parcheggio interno privato. Staff molto gentile e agenzia che si occupa dell’appartamento ha anche ottimo servizio di boat tour. Vicinissimo al centro in auto.
