Gorgeous location, great value for money, would definitely stay again.

Well maintained and modern property. Lovely terrace to sit out on with a view of the bay. Good facilities. Kitchen, sitting area and bedroom. Good blackout blinds and air con. Also had lots of parking. Location for us was great as it was only a short walk down to the seafront and you were away from the busyness and traffic of the old town. The host was really friendly and helpful and communicated well throughout the process.

Only tiny thing to say is would have preferred a thinner sheet to sleep under as it has been HOT

Great location for Kotor

Perfect location for exploring the Bay of Kotor. Very nice view from the big balcony. Private parking in front of the building, very safe. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning. Marko was very friendly.

The apartments have everything you need, thought out to the smallest detail. Very clean. Beautiful view! Very hospitable hosts, always in touch. The Sea Gate of Kotor can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or by car in 5. I recommend this place!

a good place for a family vacation, the apartment is new with everything you need for a comfortable stay. 5 minutes to the store, 15 minutes to restaurants and the beach, a gorgeous view from the terrace. The owners are sincere and friendly - they extended the departure time as much as possible, organized a transfer to the airport ( which is very convenient if you are traveling with children) and took our luggage while we were walking around the city in the time between check-out and transfer.

Very good view of Kotor bay. Roomy easy and comfortable place. Almost everything was available in the kitchen. You can cook your breakfast. New building and clean.

The bed was not so comfortable. There were bugs that bite it would be wise to bring or ask the owner for fly repellent.

Great comfortable apartment for life and rest.

Very comfortable, bright, clear apartment with good furniture. Bathroom is warm, clear. Good shower. Well-equipped kitchen, with good dishes, cooking utensils. We cooked every day a lot of varied food. Good location, nice bay view. There are a lot of supermarkets nearby. Also there is a big parking near the building. Marko was very attentive, always in touch. Since we lived long, Marko had changed our towels, bed linen.

Very cozy and comfortable apartment, which has everything you need! Amazing view from the window and from the balcony. Despite the fact that this is the first floor, the house is located on a hill, so the wonderful view does not spoil anything. Very friendly apartment owners who will always help. In general quiet and cozy place, I recommend it!

The apartment is located 25-30 minutes on foot from the old town. There are steps and hills, but we were ready for this. In hot weather or with small kids and without a car, it can be a little difficult.

The view from the balcony is splendid: the mountains, the sea, the ships. We enjoyed the birds' singing and the ringing of the bells. The apartment has everything that is necessary. There is no children's playsground nearby, but there is a flat area near the house, so children can run, play the ball and play badminton there. It took us 15 minutes to walk to the seaside, and 10 minutes to the nearest shop. There are many interesting places in the Old Town (5 minutes by car or 20-25 minutes of walking) - Maritime Museum, The Bastion, the old streets, historical buildings, not far is also Aquarium Boka (not big but nice).

An amazing apartment in Kotor

The apartment has everything needed for a long stay - a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, washing machine, and dishwasher. Of course, the best thing is the view - you have a view of the Kotor and of the bay. I really enjoyed spending time on the balcony - from working during the day to having dinner at night. The apartment is suitable for a remote job - the internet is extremely fast and reliable. The promenade with great cafes is just 10 minutes from the apartment, the old city is 20 minutes. The nearest supermarket is 3 minutes from the apartment.

Wish we could have stayed longer

The apartment and stay were amazing. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It is on the ground floor which made it easy for luggage. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, and everything you need to cook, and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. The view of the bay and mountains was really gorgeous. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk from Old Town which perhaps isn't the shortest, but it was very doable for us, and the location was a nice respite from the city (there is also a supermarket about 5 minutes away). The host was super accommodating, friendly, and helpful. We really could not have asked for a better stay in Kotor.

11/10 - we couldn't recommend this place more. Host was very friendly and went out if his way to make sure we had what we needed. Apartment is quite new, and spotlessly clean. Beautiful view from balcony. It was also the best equipped place we've stayed in 3 months of travel. Washing machine and drying rack as well, which is very useful. Comfortable couch and bed. Short walk into Kotor old town or down to restaurants on the waterfront. Off street parking. Ground level apartment, so accessible.

Has everything one could need

It was easy communication with Marko. The apartment has ground floor access (no need to carry luggage on stairs). Parking in apartment complex itself. The apartment has everything one could need - even a dishwasher, washing machine, serviettes and kitchen towels. Marco even got us a 2nd blanket when we requested. View from balcony is amazing. It is ideal for even a long term stay. Kotor old town is 25 minutes by walk.

Perfect location to explore the Montenegro coast & a perfect flat to relax in at the end of the day.

The location was perfect for travelling around the Bay. We had a beautiful view of Kotor and the fortress from our balcony. The flat was exceptionally clean and well equipped, we were able to cook everything we needed using the kitchen. The owners were very helpful and spoke great English. It was also really tastefully decorated with beautiful paintings. We would stay here again if we ever visited this location, and would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect experience!

Apartment is very cozy, it has everything you might need and even more. Kitchen has all types of dishes and kitchenware, it has dishwasher and oven - very convenient! Everything is very new and clean, and felt like no one has ever used it before. Amazing terrace with incredible view, even though it's on the 1st floor. Good supermarket is just 4 min away on foot. The beach is around 12 min walk. 25 min walk to Kotor Old Town. The host, Marko, was incredibly helpful and nice, and gave us a ride to the airport, when we were desperately trying to call a taxi. I would totally stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Weiter Fußweg zur Altstadt Kotor ca.2,5km, Restaurants keine in unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft, Balkon mit hohem Absatz - baulich für mich nicht nachvollziehbar.
