The best accommodation in the Balkans!

Me and my friend have been interrailing through the Balkans, and we stayed in 6 apartments. This was by far the best one where we stayed. The owner, Nikola and his wife were very friendly and helpful whether we needed to figure out how the washing machine works or rent a car (though this didn't work out in the end due to our age), they even offered to give us a lift to the bus station. The apartment itself was modern and equipped with everything we could possibly need. If we ever find ourselves in Kotor again we would definitely stay there. Best regards, David.

An incredible Experience.

Location perfect, the view, the peace and quiet, yet close to everything worth experiencing in Kotor. Supermarket a short walk, restaurants and bus stop outside your door. A very special thank you to Nikola and his beautiful wife for your kindness and hospitality. I cannot recommend this apartment more. Kotor is a slice of heaven on earth. Thank you so much 🙏 I have not got enough words to praise the hosts enough. It was a pleasure to stay with you. ❤️

Everything was great. The room has everything you need and even more - a lot of dishes for cooking, a toaster, excellent wifi, fresh bedding and towels, etc. The host is very friendly and ready to help with any questions. Helped with airport transfers and local taxis. The apartments are located 5 minutes walk from the sea and 15 minutes from the center.

Great place to stay

The host was wonderful and very kind. Everything was great, the location is very close to the Old Town, there are shops, bakery, coffee shops near the place, as well as the bus station just minutes away. The place has a wi-fi, which worked really well, you can prepare food in the kitchen. The room was very clean and cosy, and had more than we needed and looks better than in the photos. We will sure come back here.

Everything in the property. You've got all you need. The Host is very hospitable and helpfull. Good location.

The main road is a little bit noisy. Price in August is a little bit too high, in september its ok. Get if available

The apartment is equipped with everything you could need: plates, pans, pots, cups, glasses, bowls, cutlery, refrigerator, washing machine. the location is very good: we walked to the beach, in the old town and by car to Porto Montenegro, Tivat, Perast and even Dubrovnik. The hosts are very nice and waited for us with cold water, wine, cakes and ice cubes. They were very attentive to details (coffee, clothes/dish detergent, salt, pepper, soap, shower gel, towels) and helped us with all the information needed.

The host was extremely kind and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and clean. We got clean towels every third day (we spend 10days here). You can park with your car in a safe place. Great location.

Perfect place and location

Perfect place, perfect location, perfect stay, there’s a small “beach” (it’s not a beach, just a place to enter the sea, but it is possible to take sunbath) with no crowd. 30 mins to old town with slow tempo along the embankment. Severa good restaurants/cafes near the place (most probably need to book a place). Nikola is really friendly host.

Przemili właściciele, częstowali świeżymi figami prosto z ich ogrodu.

Apartament naprawdę świetnie wyposażony. Widać, że właściciele bardzo się starają by ich gościom nic nie zabrakło. Blisko wody i centrum Kotoru, tuż za rogiem świetna piekarnia i dwa supermarkety w pobliżu.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra ale ruchliwa ulica i nieszczelne okna utrudniają w nocy spokojny sen.
