Muy buena ubicación, cerca del casco antiguo, con bares y restaurantes cercanos. Apartamento muy cómodo y bien equipado. Vistas preciosas del adriático y fácil acceso para hacer los tours turísticos de la zona.

Close to the waterfront with an easy level 20 minute walk along the riva to the old town. Good restaurants located close by . The apartment is well appointed in an older building with easy free parking close by . Helpfully friendly owners with thoughtful gifts and fruit left for us.

We liked the location in general - in Dobrota, meaning not in the very center of activities, but a little bit farther away from the Old Town. It was a pleasant walk along the lake to and from the Old Town to our apartment. Plenty of restaurants and boat trip booths line the whole area. As for the apartment itself, it's small but cozy and comfortable. Maybe a little bit too small for three adults, but we managed. A couple of positive things - there's a very small farmers market right across the street. The fresh produce is no comparison to any grocery store. But there is a real and quite big grocery store two houses away - which is utterly convenient. Next door - there's a bakery. Just a couple more houses away there's a restaurant.

To get to the apartment from the bus station in Kotor was a little bit tricky, as the driver requested the concrete address, which we didn't have. We only got the GPS coordinates, which the Taxi driver didn't understand. Well, somehow we got to the right house. The video instructions on how to get to the right door were VERY helpful! And, oh, huge thanks go to the manager Ana who called the taxi for our pick up from the bus station and back. As we didn't have the concrete address we couldn't communicate with the drivers.

Хорошее месторасположение, вежливый риелтор, хозяйка подготовила шикарные комплименты прошутто, арбуз, фрукты. Кахня хорошо укомплектована посудой.

Нуу, даже не знаю с чего начать.. 1. Запах. Заходишь в квартиру и тебя обволакивает запах… старости, духоты.🥲 2. Кухня расположена прямо в коридоре 3. Квартира на первом этаже, балкон от знмли наверноее в 1 метре. Мимо постоянно ходят люди, прямо под балконом парковка, но это скорее плюс, учитывая ситуацию с ними в Черногории. 4. Оочень шумно, при закрытых окнах слышно все, особенно мусоровоз, который забирает мусор в 3.30 утра. 5. В квартире темно, даже при зажженном везде свете, даже днем. Первый этаж, что поделать. 6. В спальне кондиционера нет, только в основной комнате. 7. Все двери скрипят, стоит приоткрыть окно в ванной. 8. Холодильник маленький, дверца в морозильнике отсутствует, что бы заморозить там лед потребовалось 1.5 дня. В нем раз в час что-то громко щелкает. Точно его нужно заменить. 9. На балконе очень грязно ( возможно намело ураганом). Столик очень хлипкий, лучше на него не облокачиваться. 10. В квартире много комаров, берите с собой фумигатор🙏🏻
