Small but cozy, comfortable and bright apartment a short distance from the Old Town.

We liked the location in general - in Dobrota, meaning not in the very center of activities, but a little bit farther away from the Old Town. It was a pleasant walk along the lake to and from the Old Town to our apartment. Plenty of restaurants and boat trip booths line the whole area. As for the apartment itself, it's small but cozy and comfortable. Maybe a little bit too small for three adults, but we managed. A couple of positive things - there's a very small farmers market right across the street. The fresh produce is no comparison to any grocery store. But there is a real and quite big grocery store two houses away - which is utterly convenient. Next door - there's a bakery. Just a couple more houses away there's a restaurant.

To get to the apartment from the bus station in Kotor was a little bit tricky, as the driver requested the concrete address, which we didn't have. We only got the GPS coordinates, which the Taxi driver didn't understand. Well, somehow we got to the right house. The video instructions on how to get to the right door were VERY helpful! And, oh, huge thanks go to the manager Ana who called the taxi for our pick up from the bus station and back. As we didn't have the concrete address we couldn't communicate with the drivers.

Great location, nicely decorated apartment, lots of amenities & terrific host!

Lovely apartment with everything we needed for a 3 day stay, including some fruit, water & chocolate, which was such a nice treat! Great location less than 2 min walk to the Bay of Kotor and 10 min stroll to Old Town. Grocery store around the corner, and lots of food options nearby. Ana is a wonderful host. She provided us with a list of restaurants, taxi’s, sights to see, and even brought us a few extra towels. Highly recommend this apartment!

Overall, a good base for my short stay in Kotor.

Great location right by the Promenade which made for a lovely walk into the old town (about 15-20 mins). So not super close but a nice walk. The kitchen was also well equipped and the air-con worked very well and communication with the hosts was always very prompt, helpful and polite. A taxi was also booked for me to go to the airport the day I checked out which was very helpful and some great suggestions were made for things I could do while in Kotor.

The bathroom/shower as well as the living room area floor were not overly clean and I had issues with the wifi connection from my second day at the apartment.

Everything was perfect from the beginning. This place is excellent! The host was very approachable and kind, the apartment is completely equipped with everything you need, as if you were staying in a hotel. I got a welcome drink and even some food products. Located close to the down town and beach as well.

Perfect place to stay

Everything was perfect. The appartment is cozy, beautifully arranged, comfortable, we had everything we needed for a couple of days stay. Ana was amazing, she took care of us from the first second until the last one. Real customer orientation. We found in the fridge some appetizers and water which made our arrival even nicer considering we were coming after 7h on the road. We also had parking lot which made our life easier.

Central and cozy apartment.

The apartment is very clean and cozy and very close to the seafront, supermarket and coffee shops and restaurants. The area is quite. The host is friendly and waited for us to give us the keys, although it was quite late. I definetely recommend.

Exceptional

Amazing communication with Ema - any response took her no longer than 5 minutes and each question has been solved by her fast and easy. Very hospitable owners, welcome drinks and appetizers were very helpful since we arrived on Sunday when the shops are closed. The apartment is very nice and completely enough for 3-4 adults. Clean and cozy, the closest beach is maybe 3 minutes away, grocery store is less than 1 min away. All in all, great experience, highly recommend.

Lovely stay in Kotor bay

The apartment was in a quiet area close to downtown (more beautiful than Kotor city centre) The host left some supplies like water, juice and typical montenegrian prociutto and cheese The place was cozy and well equipped The host was always available. She answered really quickly and gave us many reccomendations to improve our stay

Lovely apartment, nice furniture and decorations. Good TV options. Fantastic location for parking and walking old town and along the shore. Easy to access restaurants and supermarket within 5 mins walk tops. Old town is only 15 mins walk. Nice welcome treats from the owners :) The owner saved us a parking space so that we were guarenteed parking. (It is public free parking but there are lots of spaces so not too hard to re-park of you do drive off).

No real concerns only minor niggles: Fridge was wobbly and door didn't open well - easy fix. Could do with a shelf in the shower for shampoo etc.

Very good apartment for a short stay.

The pick up keys was very easy. Ana met us in front of the building and keeping in touch was easy. She was very kind and helpful. The flat itself is modern and nicely decorated. Very comfy bed! The plate of ham and cheese was waiting for us in the fridge as well as some water and juice. Around two min walk the Kotor Bay promenande :) and 15 min walk to Kotor Old Town

It was a bit too loud for us. Two or three items were missing to make your stay more comforfable, i.e.hanger in the shower to put your cosmetics, little brush to clean. Walk-in kitchen.

Great accommodation

Great accommodation! Very clean, very nicely decorated and functional apartment with a lot of nice details. The kitchen is well equipped if you do not plan to eat only in restaurants. Also available are a hair dryer, iron, clean linen to change, lots of clean towels .. we even got things like wet wipes, shower gel, shampoo.. Also the apartment is located in a great place and there is not much noise. The sea and the promenade are a two minute walk away. Across from the apartment is a large market which is well stocked. There are many restaurants nearby that overlook the sea. And finally to say that the hosts are great people! They met us at the airport and drove us to the apartment where they left us homemade prosciutto, cheese, olives, juice and water for refreshment and welcome, as well as a full bowl of fruit. They also met us for everything we needed during our stay, and responded to requests as soon as possible. We really have no objections. One of the best accommodations we've been to for a similar price. Any recommendation!

I loved with how much taste it was arranged. Enough details, bit nothing too much. Paintings of the area. Bright colors. Not sure if it is standard part of amenities, but we had water, juice and ham/cheese plate in the fridge. We had fruit bawl. Iron, hair dryer, shampoo. Went so far that there was even male shower gel.

Konumu çok merkezi, her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Ayrıca çok sessizdi , etrafta rahatsız edecek ses duymadık diyebilirim . Çok temizdi ve tüm ihtiyacımız olan eşyalar vardı. Bizi karşılayan Ksenija çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi, bize Kotor la ilgili nokta atışı bilgiler vererek tatilimizi kolaylastırdı. Kendisine ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyoruz .
