Great base for exploring Kotor, and the coast. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely owner, good location close to the old town (15 mins elk along the shore), excellent local bakery and pizza place, very good value when we were there in November, and a lovely overall ambience in the apartment block. A lot of cats too, always a plus.

Very nice apartment in a good location.

Really nice apartment. Good size, fitted out well, and a balcony with a wide view over buildings and the harbour. 5 mins walk to the water, restaurants, and a store. About 15 mins walk to the old town, but a nice stroll along the waterfront. Like many buildings in Montenegro it doesn't look much from the outside, but the apartment is very nice inside. The owner speaks good English but was only available by phone when we were there (but it wasn't a problem). We would stay here again.

We accept that it may be out of the owner's control, but the neighbour's barking dog (or was it more than one dog) was very annoying. It barked very time there was any movement or a sound. We had to close the windows to try and keep the barking noise out. Maybe the apartment owner could ask the dog owner if anything could be done to reduce the barking?

Fantastic views but apartment needs some tlc.

Excellent location with sea and mountain views. Free ( if tight ) private parking. Air-conditioning in lounge and small heater in bedroom if required . Although there's a long list of things we didn't like most of them could easily be corrected which would make this a lovely apartment at a really good price.

The reason for the low review score is because I say that the main reason for renting an apartment is to have a good night's sleep. If you don't get this you have really wasted your money . Therefore with an uncomfortable mattress on the bed where you can feel every spring and hard pillows , sleep was difficult. A new mattress would up the score drastically. The other faults are all minor but unnecessary, when we arrived the freezers was solid with ice and the socket for the stove top was damaged . Both were sorted immediately tho. Also the toilet seat was loose, the blinds were brocken and the door had no blind or curtains on it and it was all clear glass. Poor lighting to lounge area , too dim to read a book by ( if you wanted to lol ). The stove top only had one hotplate ( as shown in their description ) which was ok for 2 , don't know about 4. The washing machine was a communal one not a private one but that didn't bother us . A little tender care could make this a lovely apartment.

Very very nice experience, the hosts were super pleasant, the apartment was comfortable and had everything needed, the location is excellent, the terrace was just wonderful, beautiful views too. Absolutely loved staying here and would do so again! :)

Great, spaceous, worth it.

It was great big apartment, we had apartment with private balcony. Clean, spaceous, all needed facilities was there. There are 3 parking spaces, if you don’t find it there you need to look at the street. But host showed us other place where to park for last day, thanks for that.

Works ok for a night.

Location near promenade, hosts and hosts’ cats friendly, fairly well appointed. Parking spot.

Apartment we stayed in was old and tired, from the bathroom to the furniture to the towels and linens. Not dirty but old and tired. Wifi was really poor. Shower had very little water pressure. Bedsprings made loud noises when you rolled in bed.

Pleasant with great view

We had a very private studio in the corner of the house. The terrace with view is great and the outdoor furnitures a nice touch. It's a quiet neighborhood, close to a grocery shop and several restaurants. The walk to the old town along the promenade is pleasant.

The kitchen is functional but minimalistic. The floors were not very clean. I think some guests are feeding the cats and so they come and beg and hang out on the furniture. This of course is not the host's fault.

Very good apartment, super host and lovely view.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Clean sheets, linen and the host was very welcoming. The car was parked in very secure location. The host took very good care to ensure we have everything we needed and gave us a few insights on what to look out for in the city. definitely recommend.

The location is a bit away from the old town (20min walk). Not far if you can walk fast, however don't see this as an issue considering the facilities.

Great host.

Very spacious property with an amazing view. The host is extremely responsive and very helpful. Includes a parking spot which was a big plus. It’s about a 20 minute walk from Kotor Old Town.

Instead of one big bed, there were two single beds joined together and there was at least a 5 inch gap between the two beds. The flush was not working properly. Not important but the TV was old and screen was discoloured.

Modest but has everything you need for happy holidays

Very friendly and welcoming host Sinisa, we had good chats and he helped with advice and calling taxis for us. The location is great - quiet, but 20 minutes of a very pleasant walk along the coast to the Kotor historic centre. 3 minutes to local bus stop in both directions, 5 minutes to supermarket. 5 minutes walk to a lovely restaurant ‘Platanus’, where we had our anniversary meal and ended up going there again to repeat it. Lots of spots to swim nearby in crystal clear waters, though in April the water was still 15.5°C, but that didn’t stop us. 30 minutes walk to central bus station if you want explore other towns. Few English language film cable channels on TV, one in Russian. Lovely patio seating area in the sun. Good shower.

Not a big problem, but keep in mind that there’s only one space on the portable cooker (very good one) so you can only cook one pot/pan at a time.

Great location and friendly owner

Great location. Just outside of Kotor Old Town, but it was just a 15-minute walk that went alongside the water so I enjoyed the walk. There were also restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the apartments were clean. Highly recommend.

Apartment close to City centre

Apartment close to bay of Kotor/city center. Easy to reach by foot (about 15 to 20 minutes walk by the sea), supermarket, restaurants etc close by.

The bed was not really comfortable, sometimes the shower was dripping and making weird sounds and the toilet stopped working sometimes (water didn't run back after flushing). Luckily we were able to fix most of this ourselves during our stay.

Hosts were super flexible for checkin, they greeted us with a juice, very pleasant family. The place has its parking, so it was good. Overall everything is simple but tidy, working and its more then enough. Amazing view from terrace! And you can feed and cuddle local cats:) Nearby you have everything - supermarket, cheesecake place, restaurant, fast-food, bay promenade

The wifi signal in our bedroom was very weak, we had to use it only in living room. Not crucial, but good if can be improved. Nevetherless I highly recommend this place for stay

budget option, friendly host & decent location

if you cross the main road & take a right, you’re at the harbour in two minutes & it’s a nice walk to town. the host is friendly & the quilts are very clean - I’ve seen them soak them.

Everything is done on the cheap. The plumbing & wiring is dodgy. If you turn on the hot water in the kitchen, the shower leaks & rattles loudly. To use the shower you have to hold it or stand in the corner against the wall and have the shower curtain stick to you. Then to turn it off you have to shove the tap & handles into the wall. The bed sinks in the middle & there were no pillow cases. They were fixing things around the property while I was there but not sure if they were just cosmetic things

Very welcoming and warm-hearted owner! This accommodation had tables both in the room and at the terrace, so it's a pleasant option to choose where to sit, depending on weather conditions. This place was also very comfortable for pet (dog). Stable WiFi connection. Nice view. Spacious room. Has market and bakery nearby.

Great location, great view! the studio was specious, well equiped. The host was very accomodating - we arrived earlier and he let us check-in earlier + greeted us with a shot of rakiya. He also let us have umbrellas. Before arrival I had some questions and the communication was superb! We had a really good time.
