Everything was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk from Kotor Old Town while still being in a quiet area. What really stood out was the outstanding communication from the hosts. The detailed self check-in instructions, videos, GPS links, and helpful recommendations made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. It was one of the best-organized check-in experiences I’ve ever had. I also booked the boat tour through them, and it was fantastic. Thank you for making my first trip to Montenegro so enjoyable!

I was disappointed with how we were treated in this situation. The arrival instructions were not clear. We arrived at the location provided, and there was a key in the door, just as we had been instructed, so we entered. The apartment looked exactly like the one in the photos, but we later discovered that it was the wrong apartment. There are no apartment numbers, which made the situation very confusing. The apartment owner was extremely rude to me and my wife in person. We did not appreciate the way we were treated.
