Great location, just barely 10 minutes to the Old Town. Having a parking garage was great! The host is very nice and we had everything we needed for a 2-night stay.
It was a little bit cold. We visited in December, so the floors were quite cold and even with the heat on, the apartment cooled down quickly. Slippers and blankets helped :)

The communication with the host was kind, they were understanding and agreed to cancel the extra nights. The apartment was clean.
The apartment was difficult to find, as the Google Maps location was inaccurate. It is located in a semi-basement and is much darker than shown in the photos — even with all the lights on. Some interior solutions were unusual. The terrace mentioned in the listing is shared, and the view is directly onto a wall, so it didn’t feel comfortable to use.
