Excellent location for great price

A really nice little room for your time in Kotor. You could NOT get a more perfect location, tucked just outside the old town so it’s less than 5 minute walk but you miss all the noise by being a block behind so it’s very peaceful and quiet in the apartments. It was nice to have a cook stove with pots/pans etc and towels. Super affordable price specifically for the location since Kotor has gotten quite expensive and the old town itself can be pricey.

However a small issue for us that I think needs attention is rubbish collection. We stayed here for 5 days and not once was rubbish collected from our room which I think is a bit unsanitary and not very nice, especially since you can’t flush toilet paper here. Also no fresh towels/toilet paper were provided within that time. Lastly, there was only the thinnest blanket and flat sheet provided so if you get cold I would bring something extra to sleep with.

Relaxing stay very close to Kotor old town

Great apartment within easy reach of the old town, and a bakery just around the corner. Host was very welcoming. Comfortable bed and even outdoor space to relax in

Decent apartment in a great location.

Great location, cozy apartment with working AC and tv.

There seemed to be an infestation of bugs, small ant looking bugs. As a result, we had to keep our belongings off the floor as they would collect underneath and around our stuff - all food was kept on the tables so wasn’t from that. The owner also didn’t introduce himself or the apartment, therefore we were expected to meet him in the middle of our trip when we had plans, to pay for the apartment.

Affordable, cozy and in great location

The host was super friendly, the kitchen although small has all you need to prepare some basic dishes, the rooms are well equipped with iron, towels and hairdryer. The location is just a few steps away from the northern Old Kotor gate, a trail to the fortress, and in close proximity to a big supermarket

Superb

Location is great, so close to the old town but also a good distance to the beach. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Host was very lovely and made our stay very comfortable.

The bathroom is quite small and the water temperature is hard to get right as it sometimes doesn’t heat up.

Nice apartment just outside old centre

Good location - just outside old centre which made it easier for travelling too (free car park 5 mins walk), but close enough to explore the city. Lovely garden with chairs and tables to enjoy a view of the mountains.

Excellent location

The location was perfect. Walking by from Old Town River Gate, Kotor Port, and bus station. Mr. Dragan the Host was very helpful, and he even advised us an alternative path to hike Kotor's wall and castle.

Facility quality match the (low) price tag we payed

Location is good, but Kotor is very small and wherever you stay, everything is max 10 minutes of walk. Communication with the host was perfect and everything was arranged via what's up, including detailed instructions how to get to the parking (you have to drive a couple of streets around). Host waited us on the street and helped us to park on a proper spot. Parking spot is in front of apartments (20m uphill). Apartment is spacious.

Parking spot is in a very steep street and you have to park as close as you can to the side fence because some cars (not many in off season) will be passing by. That's why host assistance was very helpful. Our apartment was in the ground level and there is not enough daylight in it. During the summer, that probably goes to the benefits side. Apartment is spacious, , but it's not for more than 2 people. Toilet could be better organized. It has enough space, but doorway is as big as the rest of it. Ceiling is covered with stains of moisture, some of those are becoming mold. It will probably be solved for summer season but in December, it's pretty visible.

Tea apartment is a perfect stay in Kotor. It had very nice view from Vista apartment. Felt just like home. Have everything you need in an apartment. Check in and check out process was super smooth. Excellent location, very convenient for getting to old town, the beaches and taking public transport. Dragan was a great host and easy to communicate with.

It would have been nice if the towels were changed during our stay. Otherwise we have no issues and would definitely stay again.

Host charged me 10€ for laundry: wash, dry, and fold service. He handed me the laundry in a basket wet and blamed it on me. I hung up the clothing myself. Folded it myself. And never an apology. Poor service. Great stay just don't ask for laundry service - you may as well save your money and do it yourself!
