Stunning Views

Great Apartment, conveniently located and with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were helpful and responsive whenever we needed something. Welcome pancake was a lovely touch! 4 minute walk down to the beach. An easy stroll into the old town and to the bus station for day trips. There are decent supermarkets nearby and plenty of local cats to meet in the nearby streets. <3 But the view!!!!! We didn't stop looking out and saying, 'Wow!' all week. Simply stunning. Breakfasts on that balcony are second to none.

The lady is very welcoming. She offered cold drinks to us. The room has all you need. The place has nice garden that you can eat or drink something, nice Kotor view.

The place is a bit downhill so it is a bit hard to walk if you have heavy bags :) but not a big issue.

Lovely, good value family run apartments.

Ratka is very welcoming. We booked the studio apartment (purple bed head in pics) which is cosy but we could use the big terrace for outside space which was lovely. The kitchen is adequate, kettle, 2 rings, couple of pans. Enough for making breakfast or a basic meal. I think it's a good location, quieter than staying in the old town or in the main drag/road in Dobrota. The traffic was very noisy whereas here you're a couple of roads back. Small but adequate supermarket 4 mins walk away.

Nothing we didn't like but the location is walk either up fairly steep road or steps down to main road and then again to the Kotor beach. So if walking/mobility is an issue, this isn't the place for you.

Clean, comfortable and great stay with nice view!

Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable! The view from the balcony was so beautiful. The host was a very kind and nice women, the check in was smooth and she also have us free welcome beers. Very nice loction located on a hill close to the city center of kotor! Would recommend 100%

Incredible views and welcoming host!

As soon as we arrived at the property the host offered us a snack and a drink (a homemade crepe and a beer.) The views from the balcony of the mountains and Kotor bay were absolutely incredible! The room is simple with all of the facilities that you need such as a kettle, hob and a microwave. We absolutely loved staying here! It’s the perfect place to explore the old town and access the swimming platforms and beaches at Dobrota. On the last day, the host booked a cab to the airport for us. When the cab didn’t show up, she offered for her husband to drive us to the airport instead. Overall, we would really recommend this property and the host who was very kind and accommodating!

Friendly owner, great location, and nice room.

The owner was an incredibly nice elderly woman. She greets you with an adult beverage and delicious pastry. Very accommodating. Answered and was helpful with any question.

The problem with Montenegro (which is not a problem in Croatia or Albania, for example, is the internet is non-existent unless you find a Wifi spot. Therefore you can’t use Google Maps to find this place and it’s very difficult to find. Make sure you ask for specific directions in advance and you won’t suffer the initial frustration and need of help. Also, the shower head holder is broken.

Great conveniently located apartment with a kind host.

The host was so nice! She offered us drinks when we arrived and told us about an easier route to go all down to the beach. The apartment was as Cozy but had what we needed. The AC and wifi were great.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The view from the apartment was amazing. The place was clean and tidy. The kitchen had sufficient pots and utensils to cook. The bed was large and the extra blanket was useful. Also, the outdoor area was great and we used it a lot.

It’s not a big thing but the property was located on a hill and so the walk to it was a bit tiring

A cramped room in good location

Good location close to the old town. Friendly owner who offered me pancakes.

The description says about the room that it has a furnished terrace with a seaview. The view is true, but the terrace is a landing for 3 different rooms, so the word terrace is misleading. My sheet had dried stains, and the only saucepan was badly burnt.

Nice overlook of the bay!

Cozy apartment with everything I needed for 4 nights. The balcony is a great spot to sit and watch the bay. Close to old city and shopping, and could walk to bus station in 15 minutes. Good space for one person or a couple. Hosts were welcoming and responsive.

This was not an issue for me but the ceiling is an A-frame and low in spots, so be aware. Likewise it is up a hill but I found it manageable.

This little gem was very basic but it certainly was made up by the sea view we had from our balcony and the owners.... The room was clean and served it's purpose. We got soaked after a very heavy down pour whilst hiking and on our return to the apartments absolutely soaked the owner offered us warm pancakes, a lovely thought and they were gratefully received, thank you! 😍

The owners welcomed us with the refreshing drinks and a pastry which was a sweet touch. There is a barbecue and a washer on the balcony for common use, and the ac works great.

Difficult and hilly location if you are on a bike or heavily loaded motorcycle. The parking is safe, but it is hard driving the hilly small streets.

Value for money near the old town

We booked it for staying during triatlon event. It is near Old town, owners are really friendly and trying to help. They allowed us to leave a car after check out on their parking and we were really happy about it:) Room itself looked recently renovated, i found everything needed for short stay. I would add a breakfast and it wil be ideal place for me for short stay:)

There seemed to be issue with the shower in my room - the water was on the floor even after quick shower. Room can look small but it is functional:)

- Near the beach and accessible to restuarants, mall and old town by foot - wonderful sea and mountain views from the balcony - very clean and newly renovated property - super friendly and generous hosts who would always share something to drink . We even had a free ride going to the main bus station

Great place to stay!

The biggest advantage of this place is personnel and absolutely nice & friendly Lady that welcomes you with a glass of wine & snacks. You can always expect a coffee or other glass of delicious house wine if you stay there longer. Some rooms have a great view of the Kotor Bay. The room was large, with well equipped kitchenette and clean bathroom. The great location very close to Kotor Old Town and the Kotor beach. Note there is a shortcut get there by stairs very close to the apartment. The large Voli supermarket is also very close to the apartment. I would definitely book the same room again.

The parking lot is a little bit narrow so you need to be careful, but this is the same story everywhere else Montenegro.

Perfect to relax

The host were lovely, very welcoming and warm. The y were waiting for us with drinks and a delicious homemade cake. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Location was perfect to get easy to the beach. 15 min walking to old town. Thank you for everything, we will come back for sure!

spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and it has absolutely everything you need. it’s a very quiet and peaceful area but it’s ten mins walk to the old city and 5 mins to the beach.

Superb

Amazing location and really clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need. The town is 5-10 minutes walk and the beach is closer. Ratka greeted me with pancakes and a drink which was perfect after a long bus ride and she helped me with questions i had about getting to Perast. I loved my stay here.
