Lovely place for a great price in the perfect part of town with a super host, what could be better

Location was fab, quiet but close to the beach (up a steep slope) we walked everywhere despite having a car. Driving was a little scary on the very narrow tracks Loved the little garden area, host was friendly and kind. Good, safe parking at the property. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much

The apartment was excellent within walking distance to the old town and beach. The apartment was very well equipped, and to our surprise we used the air conditioning in the end of September.

Cute in Kotor

Communication was very helpful, especially finding the property and appreciated staying up for us to check in quite late at night after our flight was delayed. The property was super quiet and we loved sitting on the little patio in the afternoon before heading into the old town, which was only about a ten minute walk away. The room was very clean and perfect for a couple of nights. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay outside of old town

Perfect

Apartment was clean, good Wifi for daily use, provided parking and it has everything we needed. The city center was like 10 - 15 minutes walk. The beach is 5 min walking. Michaela and her husband were very welcoming, helpful and kind. We were driven to the airport at the reasonable price.

Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a short stay.

Everything was great but just be aware it is up a hill, so hard if you have large bags. Taxi might come in handy, easy walk to get into old town or around the bay with no luggage.

Great Apartment in Great Location!

The room was perfectly clean. This is the most important thing what I and my wife are looking for. I can say that was the cleanest apartment I've ever stayed during my vacations. Also bed and pillows were quite comfy. The host, Mihaela, was very helpful and great person. Location of the apartment was also great. 15 min to old town on foot, 10 min to beach on foot. The host provided free parking area which is very valuable thing in Kotor, actually almost in all Montenegro. We stayed only 2 nights, but it is also very reasonable to stay at this apartment longer, maybe even 1 week. If I visit Kotor again, I would definitely stay here again.

All the comforts in one. A charming house near the old town.

The property itself. Very clean, the views, comfortable bed, small but useful kitchen, not much walking to get to town. And the hostess very welcoming and helpful.

The small road to get to the property with the car. But it's not their fault, that's the thing about charming places with magical views.

My husband and I loved the location, host, and clean, spacious apartment!

Location was perfect! We stayed a little outside the old city of Kotor, and it was much more relaxed and secluded than downtown.

Shower water ran cold quickly, and air conditioning did not turn on during our stay. However, these were not problems at all for us- just wanted to share in case others need to know!

Best place in Kotor!

Everything was amazing about this stay. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, the apartment had a fully-equipped kitchen and also a private outdoor area where we could sit with a view of the garden. Very close to Kotor beach! Not too far from old town.

Not easy to get here for people who have issues with walking, stairs.

This apartment was in a great location, super close to the beach. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and the host was super friendly. The terrace was lovely too.

Being close to the water there were some mosquitoes so be prepared.

Nice location, nice owners, just be aware that the bedroom doesn’t cool well.

Good location, the owners are very nice and friendly. They let us keep our car there for a few hours after check out so we could go on a hike and that was very helpful where old town has minimal parking options.

The ac unit is in the living room so the bedroom really never gets cool. We ended up sleeping in the living room on the floor because of this in order to stay at a comfortable temperature. Also forgot to close the awning before we left the first day and came back to it covered again. The door was also unlocked so I’m assuming they went into the room without letting us know to close it.

Modern apartment close to old town and Kotor beach

The hosts were very nice and friendly. The apartments are very new-looking and everything is in great condition. Kotor beach is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and the old town about 10 minutes.

We loved our stay here! The apartment was clean, spacious and just a short walk from the old town. There is a small patio with an umbrella and the room was fresh & cool even though it was so hot outside. The hosts were very friendly and even helped us organize our airport transport. One our of favorites stops in Montenegro!

Friendly hosts and nice garden, but it is more suitable for city exploration than for a beach stay

Each room is connected to a patio, where you can relax, that was awesome. It is just few minutes walking to the center and to the beach. The kitchen is tiny but well equipped, the bathroom was new and clean. The owners are very nice. The last day, when we had to go to the airport, the landlord drove us for much more reasonable price than a taxi.

There was no wardrobe to store clothes at, so we had to keep them in our luggage all the time. The AC worked well, but because there are no windows and only glass doors, you have to ventilate a lot so the room is fresh. Also even though it is close to the beach, this closest beach is always full and dirty.

the apartment is so close to City center, shopping center, market, seaside, terminal and old town. room is so clean and relax for couples The woman and doughter is so kind and helpfull We used whatever we need for exp. iron and fire for candle you can make shopping from voli market and cook in kitchen

Our room was tidy and comfortable enough, and the host was very welcoming and kind! The walk into the old city was around 10 minutes only, and the free private parking was very helpful.

The cooking area can do with an extractor hood when using the stove top. I think it could do with incense sticks, or similar, to help with the plumbing smells.

Attention - entry and parking in your car is not for weak drivers

Spacious bright rooms, well equipped kitchen. Even the knives are well sharpened (I almost never saw this in the apartments). Comfortable bedroom, , good quality linens. Very easy walk to the center of Kotor (10 min)

Everything was perfect. We stayed 2 nights. Walking distance to the center, shops and beach. Free parking in front of the building. The apartament was big, clean, the kitchen was well equipped, quite neighborhoood at night, wifi connection was very good. The owner was very nice and friendly :) The Kotor is a must see in Montenegro and the place is perfect for the stay.
