Although there was a smell of sewage at times, probably from a drainage in the bathroom, it did not put us off at all.

good to park the car in front of the apartment. Easy arrival.
for the Kotor City center you have to walk a few minutes but absolutely doable. the registration of you as a tourist is unfortunately not done by the host but has to be done yourself.
