Comfortable apartments for short and long stays

Comfortable apartments, that includes everything you need for pleasured stay: microwave oven, fridge, air conditioner, washer, iron, kettle. A parking space is available in the yard. Kotor fortress (old town) is in 15 minutes of walk. Very friendly and welcoming hostess.

One of the nicest hosts we have ever encountered. Very welcoming and you can have a very nice conversation with them about the county and the surrounding area. Apartment was quiet, well equipped and had private parking. Nice view as well.

Very nice and clean and reasonable price!

The hosts were so nice and kind to us, the room was clean and nice, we felt very comfortable. It’s only 10-15 minutes walk to the main parts and it’s was a nice walk! Loved it!

Couldn't recommend enough!

The apartment has everything we need. It's close to Kotor but quiet enough. There are lots restaurants and a big supermarket nearby. The kotor public beach is only 10mins walk, which is a bonus. Super kind host!

The apartment was perfectly clean. It is located just ten minutes from the city center. Željka was all time with us ( availabile) and incredibly caring towards their guests. This couple are there ( in the same house) for anything you need. The settlement is quiet and you can rest and sleep without noise. In front the apartment, you have big terrace, so you have a beautiful view of the bay and the cruise ships. A big advantage is that you have secure parking in front of the house. High recommendations for this accommodation!

Excellent base to visit Kotor Bay

Zeljka and Milenko are the best hosts (and the bonus is they live next door)! We asked several questions about the area and they already came back with an answer/solution. The flat is well-positioned in Dobrota, only 5 mins downhill to the sea (and 10 mins up). Kotor old town is a 15 min walk on the main road or 20 mins along the sea walking path. The flat is perfect for a couple or single person. We would have stayed longer but had somewhere else booked. You have everything you need to cook and live in the flat for several days/weeks.

Cannot really say anything negative about this flat.

Nice apartment, good location and great hosts.

The property is located just a 10-minute walk from the Kotor City Walls, in a quiet area away from the main street. There are several convenience stores nearby, and the beach is also within a 10-minute walk. The hosts were very kind and always ready to assist with anything needed.

Better blinds at the open space. The existing ones are not doing a great job at keeping the sun light out.

Wonderful hosts

Ziljka and her husband were great hosts, providing recommendation on local groceries, coffee and restaurants. Water, wine, coffee and even chocolate was provided in the room. Ziljka also offered us free juice and cake throughout our stay. The sun set views from the outdoor tables were beautiful and I already miss Kotor.

The shower/bath is awkwardly situated and there was no way to not flood the floor. Not an issue for us as we had been recentlly been traveling in Asia and treated it as a wet room, using the flip flops that were provided.

Convenient and comfortable

Very comfortable for one night stay. Host very welcoming and friendly and we had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Well equipped and the location was great for walking into Kotor. Parking was a bonus, right outside the apartment. The only downside was that payment for the apartment was cash only so we had to find an atm which charged us for withdrawing euros.

All I could wish for

•The apartment was relatively close to the Kotor’s Old Town (about 20-ish minutes) •Fully equipped with cutlery and all basic supplies •Peaceful and quiet location, close to the beach •The host was great and able to communicate in english •Really clean and well-kept place

A conveniently situated simple apartment ideal for a base for exploring Kotor and the surrounding countryside and especi

We needed somewhere wheelchair friendly and this was ideal. Private parking outside door, completely flat ground floor unit apart from one small step at front door. Toilet/shower area very accessible with no steps. Very conveniently situated in nice quiet area only short walk downhill to seafront from where it was lovely 15-20 minute walk to old city along esplanades. Two supermarkets very close by and lots of restaurants along seafront. Property is uphill a short walk but we managed to push the wheelchair without problems. There is an apartment unit in front of the property that blocks some of the views of the bay but there’s a nice patio to sit and enjoy the cool of evening when you get home. The unit itself is compact and simple with basic cooking facilities which were all we required. The washing machine was great (even powder was provided) and you had washing line outside to dry clothes. Željka was a great communicator and she and her husband live next door and were very friendly and helpful and always checking if we had any needs.

Nothing really. It was just what we wanted as a base for a lovely 5 days in Montenegro

Željka was an amazing host!

We had two nights here in Kotor, which were great! The place has everything you need. Željka was an absolutely amazing host, who welcomed us upon arrival, told us a lot of great tips, helped us with our laundry, planned with a taxi to pick us up the day of departure, and had good talks about life in Montenegro. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Great apartment and host

I liked everything! Željka was really nice, a super host. She provided detailed information to reach the house, and was very attentive, kind and answered all our questions. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The wifi was working great. She left some candies, wine and fruits which was a really kind gesture and even brough some homemade cheese for dessert! EXCELLENT PLACE AND HOST!

Nice and well equipped apartment in the village of Dobrovda 5 minutes or less by car distant to Kotor's citadel. Everything was clean and functioning, including WiFi and AC. Hosts very nice and welcoming, always available to give tips and recommendations on the area.

The check in was very easy. The lady sent us photos and instructions how to find the place which was very useful. There was a parking place in front of our room. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. There was enough hot water, good Wi-Fi. The room and the zone were very quiet. I slept very well there.

Tha hosts are super kind and helpful! The best part also is that our car was parked outside our room. It was also a surprise that we could make our morning coffee in the room. The distance from the old town is not that tiring. It is good value for money

Vujkovic apartmants owner the best host in the Kotor. When we arrived in kotor it was rain and they took from bus station by car. We planned just a one day stay but everything was wonderful in that house so we stayed 4 days more! :)if we come to kotor again, I will stay vujkoviç apartments.

Completely satisfied

I liked everything in this apartment. The owners are simply amazing! It was very clean and location is great - no crowd and the view is beautiful. Wi-Fi speed is great (26 mbps), very suitable for working from there.
