We had a fantastic stay here! Our hosts were friendly, helpful, and very kind. The place is exactly the way it looks - very clean, spacious, and close to lots of amenities as well as the beach and the Old Town. Overall a great experience!

Súper bien

Exactamente como en la foto, todo nuevo y limpisimo. Espacio amplio y cómodo. A cinco minutos andando del Paseo y a quince de Kotor. Hay un súper cerca y tb sitios para comer. Wi-fi bueno. Todo perfecto.

Por decir algo le faltaría un cartel con el nombre, para indicar.

1) Хорошая локация: в 5 минутах ходьбы от набережной с кафешками и ресторанами. Пешком можно спокойно дойти до Котора за 15-20 минут. Меня сначала пугала близость трассы, но переходить дорогу было легко и без проблем к набережной. Подъем к апартаментам вполне нормальный. 2) Приветливые хозяева: всегда готовы помочь, принести если что-то нужно, всегда на связи и рядом. Встретили нас вовремя. 3) Квартира комфортная и я смело могу сказать, что это одни из тех апартаментов, где можно жить даже долгий срок, не пару дней. Мы жили неделю и мы остались полностью удовлетворены пространством и удобством жилья. Балкон, спальня, место для работы и отдыха, кухня и душевая комната. 4) Телевизор с ютубом! 5) Пет-френдли, мы смогли тут жить с нашей любимой собакой и ей нравилось играть и бегать по комнате. 6) Есть место для машины! 7) Вокруг было тихо и спокойно, я могла выгуливать собаку недалеко от дома. 8) Если вы хотите постирать вещи - не пугайтесь, что стиральной машины нет, мне помогли хозяева (у них есть стиральная машина). В целом, нам все понравилось и было очень комфортно жить целую неделю тут!

Неприятный запах воды в душевой. В остальном - все хорошо. Иногда к вам в гости могут залезть коты, поэтому закрывайте дверь на балкон :)

Estancia acogedora

El anfitrión Bosco es un verdadero encanto. Vive en la casa de abajo y desde el primer momento estuvo pendiente de nosotras: nos ayudó a cargar la maleta, a aparcar, y siempre fue superagradable, dispuesto a echar una mano y recomendar lugares. El apartamento es espectacular: con un diseño muy cuidado, espacioso, funcional, bonito, muy limpio y equipado con todos los utensilios y detalles necesarios. Bosco nos contó que lo había construido él mismo, y realmente tiene mérito, porque daba gusto estar allí y nos sentimos muy cómodas. La ubicación también es fantástica: a solo 20 minutos andando de Kotor, con supermercados y restaurantes cerca, y a apenas 5 minutos del mar. El paseo hasta el centro es muy agradable, con vistas preciosas a la bahía y al mar. En definitiva, un alojamiento impecable y con un anfitrión excepcional que hace la estancia aún mejor.

Un apartamento precioso, pero que no ayuda mucho al descanso

Los anfitriones son geniales. La habitación es, además de preciosa, enorme, muy nueva, con Smart TV y una pequeña cocina con la que apañarse y cocinar cosas sencillas (echamos de menos que hubiera una campana extractora). La terracita es pequeña pero con vistas a unos árboles, que dan bastante privacidad. Y el hecho de que esté ubicado en Dabrota y no en pleno Kotor, aunque esté a 20 minutos caminando, se agradece mucho! Salva de muchísimos atascos.

HAY QUE PAGAR EN EFECTIVO (no pasa nada, pero consideramos que es importante saberlo para evitar comisiones a la hora de sacar dinero). La insonorizacion del cuarto es NULA. Durante la primera noche de nuestra estancia teniamos gente durmiendo en el apartamento de al lado y se escuchaba absolutamente TODO. Además, el somier donde dormiamos sonaba muchisimo, lo que hacia que al minimo movimiento sonara mucho. Por otro lado, el aparcar allí puede hacerse un poco complicado debido a que hay que aparcar en el hueco que dejan los propietarios enfrente de su casa, que puede no ser sencillo si no se tiene la habilidad adecuada. Y la señal de wifi, a la cama, no llegaba del todo bien (y son 3 metros de distancia).

El alojamiento parece nuevo y es amplio. Todo está limpio en muy buen estado. Disponen de parking. El propietario fue muy amable en todo momento.

Daire büyük ve ferah. Mutfak yeterli, banyosu güzel ve temizdi. Şirin bir balkonu var. Kotor merkeze 20 dk yürüme mesafesinde sakin bir yer. Markete ve sahile 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Daire sahipleri alt katta oturuyor ve her konuda yardımcı olabiliryor. Teşekkürler

Великолепный хозяин, заботливый, приятный человек. Встретил нас, все рассказал, показал, в день отъезда даже отвез на вокзал на своей машине. Сама квартира просторная, чистая, стильная.
