State Apartments 2

Everything went really well! Communication was smooth and easy, the apartment was in great condition, and the area is beautiful and peaceful. On our last evening, our host surprised us with some delicious homemade pancakes, which was such a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome and at home. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Nothing to complain about. Just note that the apartment is up a hill, so walking uphill is required without a car. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s good to know.

Everything!!! I personally loved the location, because it was close to the Old Town but there was no noise from the Old Town. The hosts were super nice and very flexible, as well as always available if I had any questions and the communication before and during our stay was always easy and good. We came to the apartment very tired from our trip and the hosts have already switched the AC on, so we can arrive to a cool apartment. They also told us to not worry about the payment right away upon arriving, which for me was especially nice when I was exhausted after a long trip. And when leaving they let us stay a couple hours extra, so we didn’t have to wait for the bus in the summer heat. When we were unable to find any taxi to take us to the bus station, they helped us out. They were extremely helpful until the very end of our trip in Kotor. Anyone who stays in Kotor should book this property!

Access to a laundry machine in the bathroom, and a spacious living room with a kitchen area. The host were very friendly.

It was quite difficult to get in touch with our hostess - our text messages would be unanswered for hours at a time. It was also quite difficult to find the house and figure out how to get to our room and get the key, due to insufficient information. There were a lot of mosquitos for some reason, even though we did not have a problem with that anywhere else in Kotor.
