Spacious apartment with secure parking for the car.

The apartment is very nice, parking is good and secure. Rooms are spacious and it is well equipped for the most part. Has its own outside area with seating and table. Host was reliable, was there to open the gate etc etc and we used WhatsApp and Booking.com to communicate.

The WIFI was not that fast and sometimes the internet stopped working. One bedroom had no air conditioner so we had to run the air-conditioner from the other bedroom to try to cool both rooms.

A large apartment near the old town and the sea

The apartment is really spacious, the balcony is just enormous. The location is at a walking distance from both the old town and the seafront. A true Mediteranean experience!

It would be very nice to put a small rug near the bed. The floor can be pretty cold at night :(

There is an extra fee of 15 euros for cleaning. This is a value on top of what booking shows, which can trick people not paying attention, such as me. The bathroom of the room had a very bad sewers smell, which spread through all the room. Finally, water to take shower was not warm once we arrived, we had to wait a couple of hours for taking a shower

Uncomfortable bed

The location is amazing for the price. It is in walking distance to kotor, but also to many small beaches along the water . Automated blinds keep the light and heat out, which is great. parking is included and spacious. The availability of the staff is good.

mold in the Bathroom, horrible bed (the bed was sinking in the middle as the bedframe consisted of a few wooden sticks, fridge was dripping wet when we got the apartment, no hangers anywhere around this small room to place things. You could hear the neighbors, cleaning fee for 15€ for one night that were charged extra are not acceptable for a classic double bedroom of the size of this. This is also a topic of how the prices are displayed and distributed.

Some things in the apartment would need to be fixed/renewed a bit, but nothing that would make the staying less pleasant; the contact phone number on booking should be updated: at the moment, you can see the owner's number, but the person giving the keys will be a different one, so it makes it a bit complicated if you cannot call or if you don't have internet access to communicate with the owner to inform about your arrival Please, add a bin in the bathroom, ladies will appreciate it ;)

The apartment studio is clean, new, comfy and has a small terrace. There are everything you need for your stay (small kitchen, utensils, hairdryer, iron). The beautiful promenade zone is nearby, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants, product shops too. It is not far from the old city.

This apartment studio is on the basement floor and there is no view from the terrace. There are no shelves or towel hook in the bathroom. Poor Wi Fi.

Exceptional!

I liked everything about the property! The location is perfect! (close to the beach, to the Old town and small bus station, a lot of shops and a nice bakery) The apartment was great, fully equiped with all necessities, including a hairdryer, iron, clean towels, cutlery... etc. First impression was that it is very clean, comfy and definitetly looks even better than on photos! One of the greatest assets is that it has a big balcony, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or chilling after the beach time. Hosts were very kind and helpful, starting from reservations manager who provided all necessery information regarding the stay in the facility, to young couple - owners of the proprety, who also provided all information we asked for and were super kind! I couldn’t find any bad side of this property! Truly exceptional and great value for the money!!! Thank you for a great Montenegro experience, after more than 10 years from my last visit!

It was a very positive experience staying there for 5 days

Jovan met us when we arrived and helped with getting into the location. Apartment had a big balcony which was a big plus for us. Good kitchen. Very comfortable bed. All the things that are needed in a flat were there including iron, washing machine and shower. Quite close to the supermarket (5 min walk) and pharmacy. In 10 min walk there are few good restaurants along the seaside. There's a place for parking in the yard, as mostly city is full of cars. There were some comments about paying taxes. You have to do that in a city centre (20 min walking from the apartment) or Jovan can do that for you.

Frying pan is bad for... frying :) Shower itself not very comfortable. In general everything is clean but floor is very dusty, probably because of the balcony. If you are not used to wearing shoes at home - your socks will be black immediately.

The host was very helpful, the rooms were clean, the stay was very budget-friendly and value for money. The room is a walking distance to the harbor and a 15 minutes walk to the old town which is actually good than staying near the old town, as you can actually enjoy the harbor walk from the room to the old town.

Distance to the Kotor is 15 minutes walking, but that not a big problem as it is very beautiful quay, moreover it is not so busy as in the center.

Okay room/location, bad WiFi

We liked it! Nice host, close to the beach, average room, huge bathroom, very clean and all for an okay price.

The WiFi was really bad. We kept losing connection and sometimes it didn't work at all. Also the host was very hard to reach. Take care of your customers and give them good WiFi! It is 2019 so we can't go without it but we do pay for it!

Perfect verblijf voor bezoek Kotor

Apartement Milunovic is perfect wanneer je Kotor wil bezoeken. Met parkeerplaatsen op eigen afgesloten terrein is het appartement ook perfect wanneer je met een huurauto komt. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig bent. Twee slaapkamers met goede bedden, ruime keuken en woonkamer. De locatie is daarbij ook perfect. Je bent zo in Kotor Old Town. Aan te raden is de oude stadsmuren naar het fort te beklimmen, de oude stad te bezoeken en met de kabelbaan de bergen in te gaan. Tot slot wil ik graag Jovan bedanken voor zijn gastvrijheid en informatie tijdens ons verblijf.

Большие апартаменты, свой вход, внутри прохладно. Все окна закрыты уличными тёмными жалюзи, которые можно открыть в любое время изнутри. Имеется очень большая терраса со столиком и внутренний двор с пергалой, которая доступна для всех жильцов дома. В апаратментах было все необходимое, кроме микроволновой печи и нормальной сковородки. Отличный большой санузел, прекрасно работает Удобная кровать и матрас Хозяин даёт полотенца и туалетную бумагу. Холодильник работает исправно Есть кондиционер в гостиной, который также работает хорошо В спальне кондиционера нет, только вентилятор Очень много свободного места Отличная локация - рядом магазин, аптека, пекарня и кафе Доберена 5 минут пешком, но там пляжа нет Очень хороший хозяин - позволил нам заехать раньше времени рано утром. Хозяин быстро отвечает на любые вопросы по WhatsApp.

Нет микроволновой печи и хорошей сковородки с антипригарным покрытием. Номер на 2 этаже, что может быть проблемой для некоторых.
