Lovely villa at a great location

The location of Villa Iva is fantastic, right by the bay, with a wonderful view, and the old town is just a short drive away. In the vicinity, there are restaurants and a small grocery store. The apartment was charming, and equipped with the necessities, the people welcoming us were friendly and the host was responsive. We wished we could stay longer.

Just an hour before checking out, the water stopped running from the tap which was rather inconvenient.

Perfect!

It was perfect! The aparment has everything you need while staying in Dobrota. The beach is a minute from the aparment and the view is fabolous! Everything was nice and clean, the staff was wonderful specially Nataša. Totally recommended!

We left the unconfortable room 3 nigrhs earlier.

There was not a one bedroom apartment as it had been mentioned. There was only a very small galery what had been hidden in the pictures. The washing mashine was broken. The staff did not spek english at all!

Lugar excelente, de frente para o mar, super limpo, proprietaria simpatica, tinha tudo que precisamos foi ótimo.

É bem difícil para estacionar, a maioria dos hoteis e casas reservam a parte da frente para eles, esse aqui não ai não tem muitas vagas disponíveis.

Apartamentul este situat foarte aproape de mare,doar iesi din bloc si ai ajuns pe malul mării.Amplasarea vilei fata de localitatea Kotor este la aproximativ 5 km. Natasha, doamna ce se ocupa de apartament, este amabila si ne-a explicat ce se gaseste în împrejurimi.

Ne-ar fi plăcut să găsim un cuptor în bucătarie și ventilatorul din baie să fie funcțional.

Obiekt położony bezpośrednio przy morzu, piękne widoki i miło spędzony czas z poranną kawą i wieczorną lampką wina na balkonie. Sam apartament jest dobrze wyposażony. Stosunek jakości do ceny jest bardzo dobry.

Wojny parkingowe. Jeżeli masz auto, będziesz miał problem z parkowaniem i nieprzyjemnym sąsiadem z parteru.
