Very bad experience.

Only the view from the balcony was OK

Bead was very uncomfortable Kitchen too old and dirty. The refrigerator is too old and there was a lot of mold in it. The bathroom was very dirty and there is no trashcan in the apartment.

Not very comfortable, not clean

Honestly not much, except the location & and the nice lady who welcomed us even though she didn’t speak English.

Lots of potential with the view, but the accommodation could be cleaner. Utilities are very old (the fridge is yellow, the shower curtain isn’t fixed, the door knob falls apart), everything could be renewed. I know we paid a cheap price for a night but we expected something clean.

Basic, 4km from town.

Plenty of space, nice view from shared balcony

It is a very basic stay. Some of the windows don’t have blinds. The apartment is old so lots of wear and tear. You will be staying at a construction site as the parking area is completely dug up. We ended up street parking as we found it too hazardous.

Not exactly what I expected

The location is good, quite close to the beach and restaurants in the area but you cannot reach the old center by walking. The rooms are large, spacious with large balconies where you can sit in the evening to spend time. Large parking available at the property.

The experience was below our expectations: - When we arrived at the hotel, we were supposed to be waited on by the owner (Vladimir), but we were waited on by a lady who didn't speak English at all; - Some information for tourists would have been necessary (e.g. where to turn on the hot water thermostat, nearby points of interest, etc.) - Although the description says that 4 people can be accommodated in each studio, only 3 can be accommodated in reality, if you overlook the poor quality of the additional sofa; - The towels, sheets and almost everything that equips the room should be replaced. They have a dirty and overused appearance. Bathrooms should also be re-equipped with new toilet covers, a new shower curtain, etc.; - The view to the bay is only available in the rooms on the upper floors, we had rooms on the ground floor that did not have a very good view.

view from shared balcony was nice. parking was free

we were on third floor. quite a hike. the top floor had 3 mini apartments. the balcony was crowded with 4 people hanging out and drinking. the room had old furniture. old glasses. only ac in front room but not in bedroom. many fixtures need to be replaced. place was hard to find up steep steep hill. called the guy to meet us at the place and he took 40 minutes, we had waited at the border 5 hrs and it was a very long day.

The apartment was great, we can see the view from the terrace and the host is very kind. We can check in more earlier. Can deal with him to send us to the bus station with some euro.

Good

I really liked the city of Dobroto. It is really incredible. We walked to Kotor every day. Such landscapes that you don't feel tired. Among the pluses, I would also like to note the supermarket, which was close to our apartments. And we are grateful to the owners for allowing us to use the laundry room. The unpleasant thing is that the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, we felt it throughout our stay. The strong smell of sewage in the bathroom also causes discomfort. By the way, for some reason the toilet lid was missing. Hopefully, it's just us who are so unlucky.

Scammed out of money

Only good thing about this place was the view but not worth the double price.

Beware of SCAM! We paid in cash but were also charged from credit card. The owner is giving false statements and said that we never gave her cash so we have been charged twice. There's also an agency in-between so communication is difficult. Terrace is shared with others and not private. Poor sound insulation. Nothing special about the room, not cozy at all.

Peace and quiet

10 mins to the beach. Host Vladimir is cool and friendly. Rooms are comfortable enough. Great view even from the first floor. Kitchen is quipped with everything needed. Wifi connection is strong and stable - we were working from here so it was important.

Be prepared to walk uphill on a way from the beach like everywhere in Kotor.

It was wonderfull !

The apartment is bigger than the pictures shows and perfectly clean, the air conditioner is a little bit old but do its job well , the panorama from the balcony is unbelievable. The owner is kind , and never say any word when we was a bit loud or something. We had a great time here(:

At booking, sofa bed was included, here was a chair,one single bed and one regular size bed.. they conformed me a cot for baby, i got it third day because I asked for it.. Air conditioner was dripping in, on that chair where my beaby and I were sleeping. Terrible experience!!!!!! This is not accommodation for 4 adults and a baby

The appartment was extraordinary clean and well equiped. The host was nice and helpful. We had everything we needed for 2 nights we spent there.

I didn't like the comunication with agency instead of host while we were looking for the property. It made findind place and meeting with host more difficult.

Great value for money, only a few issues

Exceptional view, very clean room, spacious bathroom, staff was really considerate and quick to respond.

The room layout was uncomfortable for four people, the boiler was barely working and the sheets quality was below average. Sound isolation was bad. Air conditioning was inadequate for the room's size.

Air conditioning is super cool, the terrace is great, and the owners are friendly. The view is very nice.

Beds aren't really comfortable and one of them makes a lot of noise if you move on it, that can wake you up in the middle of the night. Also one of the owners didn't speak English very well, so settling in was a bit confusing.
