It was ok

The owner is very very kind, the terrace has an incredible view to the Bay, the beach is very close nearby, there is a bakery and minimarket in 2 minutes from the apartment

It was very hard to find, because it didn't have any sign or something indicating the name of the apartment. It was very hot in the room without the air conditioner, we couldn't sleep with the air conditioner on, so we had to turn it off, but unfortunately it was very hot. The beds were nice, but the bathroom definitely needs an improvement, the toilet couldn't flush enough and the washing machine was a little smelly.

It was so so, the beddings and towels need to be changed, they are very old. No coffee, milk, sugar is there. No water to drink.

Good place to stay close to Kotor

Great accomodation close to Kotor. 20 mins walk to the historical centre. The apartment was very nice, with everything we expected. Clean and quiet, with a working AC and terrace. Not the largest, especially for 5 people, but also not the smallest. Overall would definitely recommend if staying in the area and would definitely come back. The host was also very friendly.

The price reflects the product.

The host is great and very accommodating, the beach is a 5 minute walk way and the view is very good. The room had a washing machine and facilities to dry clothes on the balcony. I paid a little over 40€ per night and got what I paid for, if I had paid more I would have been disappointed, the price reflects the product.

The rooms could really do with some investment and updating, the shower silicone was mouldy, the shower didn’t stay on the wall, there was no bath mat, the fridge didn’t work well, the table could not be used as it would fall off the wall and the air conditioning also needs modernising. The bedding & towels could really do with renewing and the apartments needs a deep clean.

Comfortable apartment with stunning views and a great host.

The apartment has an amazing view of the bay, it was very clean and equipped with everything I needed. Dragan was also incredibly helpful and welcoming — I truly appreciated his hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kotor.

Owner (Dragan) was very good in communication prior arriving @ the apartment. We have been stack at the border pass between Croatia and MNE, and on our info about being late, he was answering back in a minute time through messenger. The apartment can be easily find, and view from the balcony was stunning.

The balcony is not part of the apartment and need to be shared with another apartment.

Firstly, Dragan is amazing. He goes out his way to ensure everything is to your needs. He even brought us a traditional Montenegrin beer which was a nice touch. Really nice guy. The property has a washing machine which actually works which is nice. Balcony has an incredible view of the bay. Super affordable, excellent value.

The property is a 40 minute walk from the old town. I personally didn’t mind but it is not central so if you’re not particularly inclined to physical exertion perhaps this isn’t the place for you. Taxis are super cheap in Kotor though.

Very good

The room has a balcony with a beautiful view of the bay. The air conditioning worked well and the room was clean. There was a free parking place off the street. Good location if you have a car as it's only a 5 minute drive to Kotor and about 15 mins to Perast. There is a shop and a bakery a 2 minute walk away.

The place was difficult to find. In the end I had to ask someone as there is no sign outside and no directions in the information. All three beds in the room were sofa beds, which was fine for a couple of nights but maybe not as suitable for a longer stay.

The hosts are AMAZING! So helpful and nice. We got welcomed with some homemade wine and if you need anything just go downstairs and ask! We stayed at the apartment with the bedsofas. Small kitchen and all you need to make dinner. The view from the balcony... oh my god. Before our stay here we stayed at a four-star hotel. Dragans apartments beat them easily!! BOOK THIS NOW!!

La amabilidad de los huéspedes sin duda se lleva un 10. Fueron muy amables e incluso nos invitaron a unas cervezas que disfrutamos con las vistas que teníamos desde el apartamento. La ubicación perfecta si tienes coche, sino una media hora caminando al centro de Kotor. Calidad precio inmejorable. Solo por despertar con esas vistas ya merece la pena. Muchas gracias
